I love how patient the employees are with my child who cry all the time. They are so gentle with all the children and I love that.
The coach’s are wonderful. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming.
The red chairs and changing rooms could be cleaner. I’m hoping they disinfect regularly.

Great instructors, we enjoy the small class size for more focused and individual learning. Makeup classes are the biggest reason we joined. The instructors are well prepared and equipped to deal with emotional crying kids which is great. Well organized and structured learning.

All the staff are so kind. Instructors are really patient with my kids and encouraging. They dont pull my kid when he starts crying but calm him down and teach him its okay and how to move through his scared.

My daughter loves Aqua-Tots in Orange. Everyone is so nice and knows her name. They know her progress and work to get her move up in her swimming skills. I am glad we picked this place. Shout out to all the instructors and front desk people. They are all awesome!!!

The aqua tots in queen creek is awesome!! The staff there are ALL super friendly and helpful. The teachers are very good with the students and great at communicating with the parents…in particular, Ellie the office manager is AMAZING!! She is super nice and helpful and so forgiving for us who have issues at home. Would totally recommend this aqua tots location to EVERYONE!!

The coaches have given my family a great experience.
The coaches are very patient and knowledgeable. They make swimming lessons fun for the kids. They give the kids the confidence to learn new swimming skills that will help them in life. Bringing my son to aqua tots for swimming lessons has been a good choice.

It has been a great experience overall, coaches are kind, patient, and skilled, staff’s lovely and the location is great!
I chose a 9 because I always proudly recommend Aqua tots swim school.
However, I can’t put a 10 because of the feedback on lessons.
The in-person feedback is fine. A quick glow and grow comment and then move on to the next student.
Completely understandable that an instructor can’t spend too much time talking to the parent- so that’s where the progress reports on apps play their role- but after 2 lessons with no progress, we get a little discouraged….
There needs to be more consistency on the progress in the app.
This isn’t the first time we experience that.
More promotion opportunities on the enrollment package price would be appreciated as well- repeat customers, seasonal rates, bonus referrals, siblings.
That’s always a plus!
I really like the way the coaches treat kids and patiently teach them. The feedback that’s given help us to understand what needs to be focused more on. Coordinating with the front desk is easy too.
The staff care about children
The teachers are just so great with the kids. As a mom, when your little one is crying for you, you want to go grab them and comfort them but the staff does that for you. They hold the kids while they cry and soothe them until they are ready to continue with the lesson.
1. Instructors are really good at their job.
2. Makeup class pass is a really helpful way to make it flexible for students.
3. Swimming lessons are taken very systematically.
4. And being able to select the instructor of our choice and the time of the class on our convenience is really good.
The front desk staff are all very helpful. The instructors are engaging for the children, and offer great feedback after every lesson.
