We love Aqua Tots Berkley! It honestly feels like a family, everyone is so kind, compassionate and welcoming. My daughter has made such great progress in the water in under a year! The instructors give great feedback and keep the kids engaged in class. The facility is always clean and the pool area is kept warm so the kids are comfortable. They also offer open swim and extra events they go above and beyond to make kids feel special!
We have absolutely loved our son’s educator Alyssa. She has been amazing!

My kids love the instructors and a a parent I love their wonderful customer service.
Por la atención de los instructores, porque el método que emplean les ha permitido avanzar tanto a su ritmo como de forma segura, mis niñas disfrutan mucho su clase y la retroalimentación al final de cada clase les ayuda mucho a mis niñas las motiva y al mismo tiempo eso que deben mejorar le ponen más empeño la clase siguiente y así es como van avanzando.
Las instalaciones son muy limpias, cómodas y cuentan con lo necesario para el arreglo y salir listos para continuar su día.
La atención en recepción es muy buena, resuelven dudas, atención amable, y en un 95% el tarjeton esta en su espacio, las ocasiones que no se nos resuelve.

We're very happy with the instructors and the progress the kids are making. The only thing that keeps me from giving a ten is the price. It's very steep and not affordable for most, especially in today's economy.

The staff is friendly upon walking in the building. All the instructors we have worked with have been patient and kind with my child. My daughter loves coming to swim lessons every week and I love seeing her happy and smiling like she does.
The instructors are very well trained and my grandson smiles the whole time he is there. He loves it.

Everyone is so patient and caring. My almost 3 year old is a handle and tries to hit sometimes, and everyone there have very quick reflexes lol! And are so sweet when I apologize profusely! My daughter can be a handful but they act like they’ve seen it all and it doesn’t bother them!
