Overall we are very pleased. There is just one area I wish we could have experienced differently. 1. Transitioning from parent classes to just kid classes. I know every kid is different, but we had a child that really struggled, and I don’t love the approach of just carrying them in while screaming and crying. I wish there could be a transition class or two so kids can get used to the idea of a new class setting.
Absolutely great classes. Our instructor, Easton, truly makes all the difference! Especially because we are in the baby class, there are kids at such different developmental stages, Easton takes that into consideration and gives individualized instruction that is aligned to the curriculum that keeps it fun, safe, and comfortable to push the skills just a little bit every single week. We have watched our baby gain skills in the water that makes us as parents feel confident to continue living our life (we are a boating family) safely with less anxiety even with a baby as young as ours.
The staff is amazing! So friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere overall is fantastic, very welcoming. My daughter just turned three and she can’t wait to go to swim class every week.
The instructors give excellent feedback and make me comfortable with having my child in the water. They prioritize swim safety while making it fun for my son! He loves going every week and I have enjoyed seeing him progress through the class.

I gave a 10 because our experience has been excellent. The staff is incredibly supportive, patient, and encouraging with the children. They create a positive and comfortable environment that helps kids build confidence in the water while learning important swimming skills. I have seen great progress in Sofia, and it’s clear the instructors truly care about the children’s development and safety. I would absolutely recommend this swim school to others.

Aqua-tots has been a welcoming and safe environment for my kids! As a parent I’m grateful to Adam and Andy at the front desk greeting us with a smile and helping us with scheduling (and emergency swim diapers!). All the administrative staff has been helpful as we graduate to various levels and find class times to accommodate my family! The coaches are phenomenal, and my kids have benefited from both their regular classes and makeup class coaches. Some of our favorites that jump to mind are Preston, Francia, Brandon and Denise, but there have been many others we loved whose names I don’t remember. We started in Orange and switched to Costa Mesa with a move, and I have appreciated the consistency in the system that made for a seamless transition in their lessons. I highly recommend Aqua-tots for kids of all ages, and particularly appreciate the cleanliness and safety for infants and toddlers. Thank you Aqua-tots!

Kids enjoys going
The teacher is great, and the staff very pleasant and accommodating. With a little baby, it really helps that is easy to reschedule a missed class if he’s sick or something.

We love looking forward to class every week, my toddler who is 2.5 years old was hesitant at first but after attending 4 classes she's able to be submerged underwater without any fuss, she loves it! Our instructor is amazing, she gives praise and feedback, she makes 40 minutes of class time feel like more with all of the swim lesson/activities we do. I can't wait to see the progress my child makes here on out!
