Flexible, focus on safety, suggest sticking with the same coaches though so people don't get confused with different methods, but great experience for all!
We've had such a wonderful experience at this swim school! My older son has been attending since February 2024 and absolutely loves it. Every instructor has been so kind and patient, and Liam has been wonderful with him. My younger son started about a month ago and was terrified of the water, but thanks to Oscar's patience and encouragement, he now looks forward to every lesson. The front desk staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and the fact that they know us by name says so much about how much they truly care about the families they serve. I highly recommend this swim school to anyone looking for a positive and supportive environment for their children!

The facility is clean and well equipped. Love that they have so many changing rooms and dryers for the suits. They were a big unorganized when we first started but I think the staff was new. Have been great since.
The app makes scheduling easy and convenient. Communication is good. Teachers are well trained however sometimes it's not consistent, it would be great to have the same teacher scheduled. Also some of the toys like the fish, rings, and hippos have mold. Please consider taking some time to spray them with chlorine thank you!!
The trainers are good with my son. They are helpful when parents are unsure. For the most part the stuff is kind.
There is a lot of attention to the kids in the small groups and I dont feel like the instructors rush them to go to the next level before they are ready

Teachers are all very nice, have the SNAP program, easy cancellation and rescheduling ability. Only downside is when you are in the pool with your little ones it is very noisy and hard to hear the instructor!
