The staff at the front desk are excellent, they go above and beyond to help. My only complaint is trying to get through to them on the phone lines, but they always return my msg. Aqua Tots in Amherst, NY has the most amazing staff and coaches! The facility is always clean, and the staff are so courteous and helpful. The owner, staff and coaches know the kids by name and are incredibly supportive. The owner is always present and gracious. My child has made so much progress, and he is so proud of himself. I feel so much more comfortable and confident in his ability to swim safely. Aqua Tots is so wonderful! I recommend them to all of my friends. We are truly so grateful!

Thầy Hoà dạy con rất tận tình và luôn tạo không khí vui vẻ cho con khi đến lớp. Từ buổi con được học thử cùng thầy Hoà bố mẹ cảm thấy tin tưởng và yên tâm cho con bắt đầu học bơi từ 4 tháng tuổi. Nhờ có thầy con đã vượt qua cảm giác sợ nước và ngược lại mỗi tuần con đều rất háo hức khi đến trường bơi.
Coach Rad is amazing! Facility is clean and staff are friendly and attentive.
We recently transferred here from another location. We have three reasons for being satisfied with Aqua-Tots. One, we have witnessed our child lose his fear of being in the water... such a relief! Two, it's great to be able to track his progress on the app. Three, Ms. Abbie, who has been patient and kindly welcoming our child and keeping him on track with his skills. We look forward to coming each week!

The front staff are very friendly and helpful when scheduling makeup classes or communicating schedule changes. Our teacher, Mrs. Allison, is incredible. She’s patient and our child loves her.
My kids are learning to swim, gaining confidence in the water and they enjoy the lessons.
Our swim instructors show a lot of patience towards their students. If for whatever reason one of the kids is being disruptive the instructors kindly redirect them. Besides our instructors being amazing, our kiddo looks forward to seeing them which makes learning fun and enjoyable for him.

We can see the progress our son is making. We love that you accept babies as young as 6 months. We feel like he’s been so well acclimated to the water. He looks forward to ever class and gets so excited. Friends and family are shocked at how comfortable he is in the water and at such a young age, but he’s been coming to Aqua Tots for about 10 months now.
They take all feedback seriously and make an effort to always improve and keep their clients content. I appreciate the manager alot as he is understanding and willing to help!
