My daughter has a lot of fun and I can tell she is improving. My only criticism (and why I didn’t rate it a 10) is that I believe the instruction could be better sometimes. Although, last week I thought it was slightly improved from what we’ve been seeing.

It was my daughter’s first time taking swim lessons and I was very impressed with how patient, kind, and enthusiastic all the staff were which helped my daughter have a great experience! Laura B. is her swim teacher and I just loved her positive energy and makes learning swim fun. My daughter can’t wait for her next lesson!

Easy scheduling and attentive teachers

Safe splash has overall been a very positive experience, I do feel there are times especially when there are 4 kids in a class that the kids aren’t getting enough practice during the 30min lessons. The sometimes tend to spend a lot of time waiting for their turn.

We love Sharkie's!!! The coaches have been amazing and incredibly kind and caring with our son. Also, his swimming has development tremendously already. We have recommended Sharkie's to several of our friends.

Shayna and Reid are the best part of Safe Splash Swim School. They are always professional, welcoming and friendly. They are knowledgeable and accommodating, communicate clearly and, above all, prioritize safety. Our kids are in three different age groups and have all enjoyed each of the instructors they have worked with. Our kids continue to make improvements in their swimming abilities and we are happy to go each week.

Swim coaches have been great

I love how organized it is. I just wish the classes were a little bit longer. Maybe like 10 minutes longer. I get it though.

My 9 month old son absolutely loved his class! We can’t wait come back.

I have a 5 year old a 3 year old and a 2 year old who have all swam at miller since 4m. They have so much confidence in the water and the coaches do such a good job of helping get everyone to me and making 3 kids and myself in the water a smooth experience.

We’ve been incredibly pleased with our swim experience so far. The staff is friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to helping each child succeed. We’ve seen so much progress in our daughter in less than a year—it’s amazing to watch her skills and confidence grow each week. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers great amenities that make the experience enjoyable for both kids and parents.

I loved my swim experience at Safe splash. I loved my instructors, Sam and Tori. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and warm towards me. They were flexible in offering classes that fit my schedule. Their tips and lessons helped me a lot as a beginner. I recommend my instructors and Safe splash for all adult swimming practices.

Love the coaches! Both of my kids take lessons here and have loved all of the coaches they have worked with. Everyone I interact with is super helpful and kind.

The staff and teachers are friendly. Both of my girls feel comfortable and confident in the water, and we've seen real progress in their skills. The environment is clean, welcoming and well organized.

I loved that it was self-paced and parents aren't forced to get into the water with the children. This allows for the children, specifically, my child to feel independent and get adjusted on his own and actually enjoy the experience while learning. The instructor is amazing as well, very compassionate and patient. Great job guys!!

I love how my kids both enjoy going to swim class. They work hard and have fun! When the instructors build relationships with their kids they really want to go back. I do wish that Trevor and Ethan had more classes available as they are wonderful instructors and have so much patience. I do like how students are taken in 5 minutes before their class as this helps with parents with two children switching between classes.

On a side note: I wish that parents would be notified before students are awarded their ribbons and able to ring the bell so parents could take a picture or record for any family member that is unable to attend.

Could we possibly have another night of WAVE for more flexibilty of scheduling?

Staff is friendly, coaches are wonderful!

I am so so happy with SafeSplash now that Mikaela moved Reagan into Hailey's class. Mikaela did everything she could to better our experience and she absolutely hit the mark! Hailey is an absolute MAGICIAN with Reagan and being able to so quickly make Reagan comfortable and teaching her swimming fundamentals the way she does. Reagan is weary of other adults but all she would say after each class with Hailey is "fun teacher", "I like teacher". I am incredibly impressed by Hailey's skills being a swim teacher so we are now so so happy having Reagan at SafeSplash because of Hailey. I just want to also thank Mikaela for hearing my initial concerns and fixing it right away. Without her having placed Reagan with Hailey I can confidently say we would have left SafeSplash.
