The people, all around, from the front desk to swim instructors are all very nice and welcoming. They know our kids by name and are very knowledgable about what they can and can't do, along with their fears, which they help them work through. We love it there!
My two kids and I have been attending swimming classes at Miller Swimming for the past two years, and it has been an incredible experience. The facility itself is always well-maintained, with the pool consistently clean and properly cared for. The entire staff maintains a welcoming atmosphere that makes each visit pleasant.
Skyler, our general manager, has been exceptionally kind and supportive throughout our journey. She genuinely cares about our progress and always ensures that we are improving. Whenever we miss a class, she provides thoughtful alternatives, making sure we stay on track. She has even gone above and beyond to arrange individual instruction whenever I needed extra practice, which has been incredibly helpful. Her dedication and commitment to the students make a huge difference, and we truly appreciate her efforts.
Dee and Cherry, our instructors, have been fantastic in building our confidence in the water. Their patience, encouragement, and expert guidance have helped us refine our techniques and become stronger swimmers. We have only taken 2 classes however, our daughter loves it. She gets so excited to go each week. The teachers have been very nice, informative and knowledgeable during and after each session.
As a parent, life is already so chaotic especially with three young kids. I think knowing how to swim is so important and safesplash allows you the opportunity to have multiple kids learn. It’s so welcoming. I’ve had one of my kids struggle with wanting to go in the pool and they have worked with me. I truly appreciate the atmosphere as kids are kids.
