Customer Testimonials
Adult swim lessons are very hard to come by. I was excited to see it. The instructor was friendly and worked at my comfort level.
Hunter and the other swim instructors are patient, but firm in their teaching. My grandchildren have gone from being scared of the water to being excited to go to swim lessons. Excellent program and instructors.
I wasn't the one swimming, but my kids liked it.
Continue the excellent customer service!
We have had a great experience with the Toddler Transition classes. Some weeks were better than others depending on the mood of the toddlers. It’s clear some teachers have a bit more experience with the little ones. I appreciated that they always had extra staff on hand to support if there were big emotions. My daughter made tons of progress in our few months and I look forward to her growth in level 1 when she’s a little older.
Wow! Tish is our teacher in Lakeland and she has instilled such security, confidence, and fun in every lesson. We are so grateful to be in her class. These initial lessons have turned swim into a passion for our daughter and she now wants to join the swim team in the future. We cannot recommend Tish enough!
My daughter is a great swimmer thanks to Safe Splash! She started taking lessons at age 3 and by kindergarten she can do freestyle, backstroke, a flip turn, tread water, and more! She loves the class and our experience surpassed our goal of “learn to swim.” Since she likes it so much that we’re still there gaining new skills and endurance each week.
She was also very proud to be the only one of her friends from school to pass the swim center swim test on the first try!
The instructors and moderators including Mak, Lamar, Zack and Kaden are so easy to work with, fun and helpful, as well as professional. I’m an adult learning a skill that I’ve previously been frustrated with at other places and their patience with me is greatly appreciated!
Staff has great attitude and are kind to my daughter and I.
I truly appreciate my son’s swim instructor. She is very good with him and has taught him so much in a short time.
From the kind and helpful front staff to the positive and encouraging swim instructors, we have greatly enjoyed our time at SafeSplash and would highly recommend to any of our friends.
Our kids have grown so much in their ability and confidence in such a short time.
Each coach has really met my kids where they are at while finding ways to push them gently out of their comfort zone a bit more each week. I can see their progress over just a few months. And Coach Dany is so wonderful! He's been very helpful each time we needed to adjust our schedule, and treats both kids and coaches with respect. (I was particularly impressed with his thoughtfulness in specifying how to pronounce a new coach's name in an email so that we'd get it right in person!)
Everyone has been absolutely wonderful as my son has transitioned from the parent-tot class to a toddler class. Someone has sat behind him while he calms down and encourages him the whole time. They seem committed to ensuring his success.
We love seeing the progress from both of our boys, as well as the way they are encouraged to grow and develop their swimming skills safely. W love the temperment and attention given by the instructors and the atmosphere.
My son has learned so much from his swim lessons with Mr. Graham. He’s a patient and kind instructor, and he takes the time to make sure my son feels comfortable and confident in the water. I’ve noticed a big improvement in his swimming skills. Every week, my son looks forward to the next lesson! Thank you, Mr. Graham.
Everyone is very friendly and the flow of the lesson is very easy to navigate. They are accommodating to parents too!
I like the instructors and how often she is evaluated on her skills.
My kiddo is way more confident in the water and is getting to be quite the swimmer!
Amazing instructors and staff. My kids feel comfortable and safe with every instructor they’ve had. The staff has always been very accommodating at trying to schedule both of my kids lessons to be during the same time or back to back, which I know isn’t always easy.
Friendly environment
We love SafeSplash!! We have been swimming here for 5 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Andrew, Andre, Abby and Noah are the BEST instructors!! Thank you for always making us feel welcome and keeping our kiddos safe!!
nice
The instructors are great. Especially Matthew the prices are reasonable, and I learned more in one day than 6 weeks at the YMCA.
Knowledgeable, friendly and patient instructors.
Semi private claases
My daughter loves working with Mr. Aaron. He helps her stay focused while still being playful. She has come such a long way since we started swim last summer, and it has been amazing seeing her gain that confidence through your classes.
Great teachers
All teachers work hard and have fun helping my kids with life skills. Safe Splash is a great part of the community where our kids grew up from babies to little swimmers who love the water. It is worth the education and support you receive when teaching your kids life skills.
Kid 1 says “ I like it because you have fun teachers and you learn how to swim.” (Parent tot class - intermediate 1)
Kid 2 says “You know why I like it? Because I like to swim” (parent tot - Beginner 1)
FYI Kid 2 still struggles to keep it together after getting water in his nose but still says he loves it
Friendly and patient staff, nice and clean facility. My son was nervous at first, but by the end he asked if he could have a swim lesson everyday lol.

Staff was friendly and welcoming on our first visit, offered a tour and explained what we could expect for first class. My 4 year old son was a little bit hesitant about getting into the pool, but we (parents) could see through the window how kind and patient the pool deck staff and instructor were. He got over his initial fear and had a blast with the lesson - he can't wait to come back for the next one. A big thanks for the patience and calm that supported him in this introduction, it made all the difference to get him excited, enjoying the setting, and ready to learn and have fun.
