That they go at my child’s pace, and make the experience of swimming enjoyable versus competitive or intimidating. Avery has gotten to grow with guidance and truly enjoys it. When she was 3, we had her at Aqua Tots, and in our first and only lesson with them, they submerged her multiple times even though she was crying and screaming in a sort of assembly line with her class. They said that she needed to develop a “healthy fear of the water to respect it.” We never thought we’d bring her back to swimming. This year in January, she told us she wanted to try it, and because we were anticipating a community pool at the end of the street, we signed her up again. Thank you for helping our kid to be a safe swimmer, and for helping her realize she can try cool things.

The instructors and entire staff have been extremely patient. They are very good at what they do. My toddler is very apprehensive about the pool but his instructor, Josh, made him feel really comfortable and he's making a lot of progress.
I love the instructors and employees because they are so welcoming not only to my child but also to the parents, and they are invaluable. Instructor Ms. Chloe is so patient with my child with swimming and behavior. Thank you for being awesome.
