We love SafeSplash! My daughter gets so excited when we walk in the door and watching her improve each week has been amazing! I have already recommended SafeSplash to friends and family. I do however warn them that it is not a monthly fee, it is a weekly fee that is charged monthly which was very unclear when signing up. Meaning if there are 5 weeks in a month the charge will be an extra $31 which was not what was told to me originally. The fee is $31 per class, not $124 per month as stated in the original agreement. The payment info and agreement need to be more clear.
My son has learned swimming, the classes are very professional and I am satisfied. The coaches are very kind, professional and patient. They explain vey quiet and encourage every time the students. My son attends by pleasure, he is very motivated.
Good atmosphere. Good coaches , but classes could be 45 min long for intermediate/advanced swimmers, 30 min is too short

Preston is the best with my son . My son responds well to him and has learned even more.
We attend the Englewood location which is a superior pool. Coach Steve has done a great job managing the lesson plans. I give it a nine because our coach can be odd at times. She is effective though.
My daughter had the best time at her swim lesson! She now asks to "go swim" daily.

Great team, everybody is very supportive and caring! Miss D’s aerobics class is so much fun! It seems super easy at first but boy, are you going to be sore the next day and you’ll sleep like a baby after it for sure!❤️

Everyone is so professional and knowledgeable. Their facility is welcoming (as is the pool temp). A great place to learn how to swim!
They work with my schedule and are accommodating to my daughter only being comfortable with female instructors.

so far so good for my son, He is doing much better then when he started.
The instructors are great and the staff is very nice. The facility is ok, but there isn’t a great viewing experience for parents in the waiting room. And there sometimes aren’t enough seats for everyone.
No issues so far. They are welcoming and very accommodating when/if you miss a class.
