Great coaches! Just one ask - when sending emails about class substitute coaches, can you put the class level in the email? I have two kids at different levels and I’m not sure what class it’s for when I get the email. It would help me better prepare my kids if I knew who’s class was going to be different.
With my first encounter with Coach Liz, she has made a good impression being the new manager of the hayward location. I like how responsive she is with our sons concerns.

The instructor handles the students very well and knows exactly how to keep them interested and involved.
The instructors seemed very well trained! We drove 2 1/2 hours to come and I was not disappointed. My son loves to swim but is very low functioning and nonverbal. His disabilities didn’t seem like an issue for them at all. They didn’t seem scared, uneasy or intimidated by him and that makes him feel safe. We are very excited to come back!

Both of my kids have learned how to swim at Sharkies! It has been a great experience and it's amazing to see them gain so much confidence in the water at a young age.

I have both of my kids Bryson and Elyon with SafeSplash. All the instructors are great and know what they are doing. My oldest is more confident and has improved tremendously. All thanks to Marissa, Stephen, Nova, Noelle, Kwasi , Miguel and all the other instructors. I will recommend SafeSplash to every parent.
The facility was very clean. Staff was friendly and attentive to my boys (both ASD/ADHD) and was able to communicate with them and make them very comfortable. The kids had a great experience and are very excited to return back.

Friendly staff that gets to know students personally. Always happy to see us each week and helps even uncertain kids feel comfortable in the water. Convenient location and hours.
We love all of the staff there and they have been extremely helpful with Logan.
We've only had a few lessons. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. My sons are very comfortable with their instructor, Armando. The only downside is the instructors share a pool lane so they have limited space.

Our kids have enjoyed swimming here, they feel comfortable with the teachers, and we can see the steady improvement. Also I appreciate that the staff at SafeSplash have worked with our family to get the kids in class at the same time or even in the same class despite them being at slightly varying levels. Other facilities weren’t always accommodating and it has made a huge difference for us!
The information given was very useful for my son. He has been seeking feedback on his butterfly stroke and felt very confident about the information given at the end of his session. He is utilizing that going forward! Thank you very much for your help!
