I had a very wonderful experience with QMM. The team was very well organized and promptly responded to all of my email inquiries. I was also pleased with the speed of delivery of my items from Alberta to Winnipeg. Jack Belhumeur was my mover. He was fantastic, incredibly professional, and very helpful. A handyman was scheduled to complete the assembly of a few items in my place the day that my items were delivered. However, the handyman did not show up. Jack completed all of this work without any complaint, and did a wonderful job of assembling my new dining table set and bed frame/headboard.
There was a lot of communication between myself and the moving coordinators. Questions were always answered promptly or within a reasonable time frame.
The moving team called prior to showing up and notified me of their arrival. The moving team was very thorough and professional. I like how everything was counted, labelled and catalogued.
I was very impressed with everything and how smoothly it all went. I've moved with many other companies before and this was the best.
The movers were great and friendly. The relocation coordinator was very responsive.
The movers contacted me several days prior to move in to confirm move dates, all items were transported safely and the team was very considerate.
Customer service, take care for our household goods during loading and unloading. Canadian and US crews we are extremely nice and patient. Drivers correctly timed there arrival, giving a heads up if you days before.
Back office personnel were attentive and caring.
Everyone we worked with was very professional , courteous, and available to help us whenever we needed it. We are so happy to be moved into our new place with very little disruption to our daily life.

QMM…Nothing short of fabulous! They moved us from North Saanich BC Canada to Eugene, Oregon. I have nothing but a glowing review from first encounter with Francis to then working with their coordinator Sangita. Both were very professional and easy to work with.
On the days of packing and moving and then receiving my items at the last destination, QMM driver and movers were always on time to the minute, very experienced with packing (especially our antiques) hard working, efficient and most of all personable and trustworthy. Their driver Richard is an exceptional individual. He is extremely knowledgeable, has unbelievable organizational skills and packing skills and his ability to drive a HUGE van…OMG. Richard and his crew are definitely in for a huge raise. I strongly recommend QMM. This is one EPIC moving company and I’m a very satisfied customer!!!

Packing was efficient and extremely well done! The people completing the work were polite and friendly. The actual loading and moving, and subsequent unload at our destination was just as efficient and well executed! Would highly recommend QMM.

Sebastian was very easy to work with. He was diligent about marking all our items and ensuring they were packed and delivery in a timely and safe manner.
The move was very smooth. I got a little late but they unloaded and were ready for me to come in and open the door.
There were some challenges initially in establishing who our coordinator/contact at the office would be. That changed several times during our move. However, the moving team were amazing that packed, picked up, and transported our belongings. Shawna and Mike were an incredible team.
The 2 movers were efficient, professional and didn’t damage or bump anything. Everything was labeled and well wrapped/protected as needed. Will definitely hire again.
