The process went well right from the beginning. The estimate given was fair and accurate, and many options were given to me in terms of considering price (move dates, option for the quote guarantee within 10% of estimate, etc).
They also provided the option of picking up boxes for the move, used or new, which was very helpful (and a better price than anywhere else).
The movers on both ends were very efficient and helpful, and I had no issues with my things at all. My move contact was always available if I had questions, and at each stage of the process there were check-ins to ensure all went well.
I received my things in two weeks, across the country, and overall was very happy and satisfied with the experience.
Curtis, my crew chief and driver, was excellent. Always ahead of schedule, really efficient, very impressive.
From beginning to end QMM office staff, drivers, helpers, et. al. provided excellent communication and services to facilitate my move from Midland, Texas, USA, to Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, on a timely, and on-time basis.

Everyone was very nice, friendly, and available to help. The four guys packing up were fun, friendly, but very professional and careful with my things. The delivery by Josh and Kyle was equally so. Everything that should be wrapped in blankets was. Nice to hear so much laughter from them at the end of what was a long, exhausting day (I was their second delivery, starting at 5pm). Nothing was broken except a cheap plastic bin that had already been through the ringer, but the contents inside were fine. I accidentally left a friend’s staple gun on the toolbox and it got packed, but then it was the first thing off the truck. Kyle called out the numbers as they unloaded and I ticked off the list, for a quick and smooth account of delivery. And they were super kind to put together my sofa even though it wasn’t assembled when I moved. Really appreciated Josh and Kyle from Cassidy’s. Great guys!

the guys worked hard on a hot day and didn't seem to let their guard down.
Might have been one scratch on carport floor and I saw at least one potted plant roll of the dolly.
But all in all a successful move.

I had no negative experiences with the move. All time commitments were met and the moving crew was excellent at both locations.
It was a really challenging move and the team never complained and fulfilled the work in amazing time frame even with the trying circumstances.
QMM exceeded my expectations in every way. The movers were highly professional and worked quickly. They showed up early and had a nice equipment (not a rusty old truck covered in spray paint). All of the items moved arrived safely and there was no damage to either home during the move. If I had to move again I would highly recommend QMM.

It was great process from start to finish, with each person involved (mostly Francis, Michelle and Vern). Saw two other moving company's trucks overturned on the highway en route, but all our things arrived nicely protected and on schedule. Already recommending QMM to friends and family...

I emailed this before but will say again:
There were some tense moments when time was running out. Overall 98% of the contents arrived as they were supposed to. Some items not so much. We are still missing a shelf for one of our night stands, a vinyl record sleeve was ripped during, and the bed wasn't 100% put together properly.
We were also a bit taken aback at the amount of paper that was used to wrap our items. We get being safe, but there were some things that made no sense. Examples... 4 small pins for a shelf. A small piece of wood. A TV power chord. A throw pillow. These are things that were surprising to have to unwrap from a large bundle of paper, but mostly, it felt like a potential manipulation of weight. More paper = more boxes = more weight. Its a bit confusing.
At the end of the day we are overall satisfied with the move!

I found the 2 men who handled my move to be very professional. They arrived on time; took excellent care of my possessions, with the appropriate wrapping and cartons; and moved my things out to the truck very efficiently. In addition, they were friendly, and made pleasant conversation even while working hard.
At the move-in destination, they had everything unloaded and placed where I requested it in record time. The entire move took under 3 hours, and was easily the best part of my day.
We had a really good experience with QMM team. They were very careful with our stuff and finished the job in less time than we expected. I will definitely recommend to my friends.
We recently moved from Vancouver to Edmonton, and we had no house to move into in Edmonton. This meant our move was complicated by the need to access a few items in Edmonton for our short-term housing, and arranging storage for the majority of our items. After beginning my search, and reading online reviews for moving companies that were filled with horror stories, I was quickly overwhelmed.
Luckily, a friend recommended Heather at Quality Move Management. Heather managed everything, including the last-minute inclusion of a vehicle.
Everyone was great - the movers who picked up our furniture in Vancouver, the guy who picked up our car, the guys who let us pick up a few essentials in Edmonton, and the guys who eventually dropped off the bulk or our items after the 4 months of storage. Everyone was nice, normal, and easy to deal with.
There were no surprises, except for the fact that there were no surprises. Everyone was pleasant to deal with, and really concerned with doing their jobs well.
We loved our experience with QMM and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a major move! We are a family of 5 and moved 1,500 miles from Canada to the USA. So many details and so much to do and every detail was covered! Once we arrived we even had to find a few items pretty quickly and didn't know which box they were in. We were able to text the gentleman who oversaw our move and he knew exactly which box they were in! Amazing!
