From the moment my contents were picked up to the delivery Jake and Samantha were amazing. Professional, kind and detailed. I felt comfortable leaving my contents with them and really did not give it a moments thought until they arrived for drop off. Nice feeling not having to worry about the process.
I was not there for the move, but my mom said it went quite smoothly. There were some truck troubles on the way to pick up my stuff, but the guys stayed late that day to finish everything off. They were very accommodating on the delivery day, and agreed to leave after my mom had passed Calgary to arrive just after she did. Again they had some truck trouble, but they stayed late again to make sure everything was in order. Greatly appreciate the help! Movers were Ryan and Lance (?), thanks for the extra work!
A really nicely run and personalized service from across all departments. Great coordination and management with clear and thorough information for every step of your move. Everyone makes life easier with an understanding of how much uncertainty there is in moving and making sure there is timely communication throughout. Packing crew careful, respectful and courteous; and keep you updated on estimated time of arrival on move day.

While nothing is ever "perfect", the arrangements for our move, with the much appreciated assistance from Heather and Joyce - was excellent. We knew where we stood, timelines, costs and all went as planned [mostly]. The moving crew, with Jeff and Nancy were great - they cared for our goods and all seemed to go well. [The truck broke down in Kelowna - delaying our delivery, but that's pretty much outside anyone's control]
Chris and his team were very professional and pleasant. Everything was packed well and arrived with only one minor damaged item. Very pleased.
Professional, seamless, courteous. They made a stressful crossborder move easy. My lead and driver,Josh and his crews, were diligent and careful. Everything arrived intact and accounted for.

Heather Macaulay was excellent with respect to booking and billing.
The moving team was generally very good. A few boxes were not taken to the right rooms as the unloading got near the end and there was a little impatience at the team having to wait for the outgoing tenant to complete their move-out inspection before entering the property with move-in materials. These were minor points and the overall experience was very good.
QMM made our move from Vancouver to Toronto as stress-free as possible. Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. All of our furniture and boxed irems were handled and delivered with care. An awesome experience.

Overall a very positive experience. All administrative personnel were extremely helpful and prompt at addressing any concerns. Movers were professional and efficient. Unfortunately during our move they forgot one cupboard in the kitchen.
Francis and Myah were both highly responsive to my questions and needs, and organised things excellently. Trevor and company were friendly and efficient during both the loading and unloading process. Everything arrived on time in excellent condition.

Really excellent service on all levels. Heather MacCauley was our contact for arranging our move. It was on time every step of the way. Emails and communications were always answered promptly and professionally. Everything was carried out exactly as Heather indicated: packing, loading, pricing and delivery. She is a pleasure to deal with. For us, it was seamless. Probably the best moving company we've ever used. We have moved long distances many times, so have a fair amount of experience in dealing with moving processes.
All of our things arrived on time at the location and in perfect condition.

From the time I called to delivery, the customer service was excellent. This was a cross country move. The information was complete and clearly outlined. The guys who moved my stuff to my place were awesome. Packers apparently not so much (a few broken things).
The 3 men that you sent me worked incredibly hard. They were very professional and took great care with my items, which I very much appreciated. I have some very large and heavy pots that needed to come to the upstairs deck and without any complaints they got those pots up there. I would ask for those same fellows if I ever moved again. They were awesome.
Excellent service. Very much on time and well organized. No breakage or damage problems and we really appreciated the team putting our treadmill together again.
I would like to personally thank everyone involved from Aidan who generated a very accurate quote and Rebecca who was our liaison between the different departments for completion dates (which were kept) and last but not least our movers Mike and Glen...these fellas are awesome and went above and beyond. I will highly recommend your company if anyone I know is considering using movers. From start to finish it was professional,courteous and at times had a few good laughs during the loading and unloading portion...your front line guys Mike and Glen kept us in great spirits. It was a bit chaotic, mostly because the move involved packing for a long distance move 6 months down the road, and a move to a different apartment. I would have planned differently if I had understood what was involved (such as having kitchen things separated beforehand depending on where it was going). It was a learning experience.
Very convenient method of assessing our cost for our move! The movers themselves were professional, quick, and not a thing was damaged. We went across the border with our items and there wasn’t a hitch. Fantastic service and would 100% use again.
When I was first thinking about moving, I looked into a few companies. QMM had moved me to Vancouver seamlessly but I wanted to see what else was available. I am so happy I made the choice to use QMM on my move back to Toronto. From the home survey to the pick up to the delivery to the follow up by head office, everything was handled perfectly. The moving team was incredibly professional and all of my items arrived in perfect condition!
