We used Quality Move management twice, once to move to Sacramento and again to return to Canada. Everything went smoothly on both moves. On our return to Canada, we decided to take our car. After fretting about all of the paper work to our coordinator, she just said we can take care of that. This helped us tremendously. Our estimator was patient during the virtual tour of our household effects to provide us with a close estimate for the cost of the move. Our mover was professional and efficient and arrived on time with professional help. He was also the same mover and helpers from when we moved. I think that fact attests to the professionalism and reputation of Quality Move Management as a company you can trust. Yes, I would recommend them for your long distance move.
We had a great experience with Francis, Alexa and Doug @ QMM! From the move estimate, to the time before and after the move, to the move itself, everything was conducted with professionalism and respect. Everyone was friendly, and carried about the work in the spirit of wanting to truly help us, so we really appreciate that because we do know how difficult moves are. I was happy with the service, from initial visit through packing, pick up and delivery. The were several items that were damaged in transit but I haven't gone through the claims process yet.
The movers were very friendly and professional. They took great measures to protect all of our home items, and everything arrived promptly and in great condition. Fast and efficient moving company, from the very beginning until the last box was off the truck. Would use this coming again hands down!

Although there were a few glitches pertaining to delivery of our stuff at our new destination, the whole experience was excellent. Everyone involved was extremely professional and went out of their way to make sure we were up-to-date with all the new developments. This is the second time that we have used QMM and we would highly recommend them. We have a lot of family heirlooms that are irreplaceable and they took extra care with them and everything made it in one piece.
When I was beginning to plan my move from Surrey, BC to Montreal QC, the most daunting element was finding a way to transport my belongings. Quality Move Management was suggested, and I am so glad I went for it.
From start to finish, the experience was amazing. From regular communication (including prompt replies to the many questions I had), to the amazing people who loaded, transported, and unloaded my stuff, QMM put my mind at ease. I was able to focus on the other big things, knowing that there was a genuine sense of care from the moving team. This included delivering on a specific date to accommodate my needs as a parent with a young child.
I will be singing QMM’s praises and recommending them to anyone who’s planning a hefty move. I cannot say enough about how spectacular my experience was.

Movers were very helpful. Kayla and Francis handled the communication well. Cost was little high, except that everything went fine.

I have to say for my very first move in my life, and for the fact to a whole new province over I am overwhelmed with gratitude for everyone that assisted me in this move from QMM. Both Heather M and Heather S where extremely quick on responding to my emails, my calls and all my unknown questions. They both made this journey stress free. As well as the movers were extremely friendly, funny, and really helpful. As soon as I had met them they immediately made me known that all my stuff is safe and very well taken care of, as well as the flexibility they had during the move. I cannot thank QMM enough!!
We had a great experience with the move out. They took excellent care of our belongings and protected our furniture. The move in was a bit rushed because our head mover had to leave early for another job on the 2nd day of our move in, but it was all done in the end.
QMM was courteous and timely throughout the moving process. My home was packed up in far less time than I'd thought. We had to visit our items in storage at one point and the employees that helped us out were very friendly and patient while we looked through out things. Delivery was quick and painless and saved me from a tired back and having to ask friends and family to help out. Overall very happy with the process and would strongly consider using QMM again the next time I move. The peace of mind was well worth it.
I went through a very stressful and difficult move. I had to take one residence and move it to two other residences with tight timelines. Due to unforeseen circumstances my timelines changed a lot! However,everyone at QMM were able to help me out and get both of my moves done. I honestly would not trust any other company to do my moves. They are amazing to deal with!

This was my first time moving and leaving a city and people I love. The move was emotional to say the least. Jeff & Nancy and their crew made it as easy as possible. They were friendly, fast and so safe - everything arrived in a timely matter and in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company and especially the leaders Jeff & Nancy!
This move, from Florida to Nova Scotia, was a huge change for our family. QMM really helped ease a big part of the stress of that massive transition.
Everyone from Francis at the very beginning to Myah in the middle and the truck driver, Kerry Grimsdale, to the movers/packers on both ends (Orlando and Halifax), was a pleasure to deal with. Every person at each step was friendly and always very responsive. Our driver, Kerry, went above and beyond to update us every step of the journey and always showed up exactly when he said he would. His communication skills were really amazing.
The guys he brought to help us pack and unpack on both ends of the move were great people and top-of-the-line at their professions.
Please accept my sincere thanks and please pass along our appreciation to Kerry and his team. You all helped make a time of great upheaval in our lives much easier. Your organization is a well-oiled machine!

The move was handled very professionally. Sam was excellent - confident and thorough. Only one small broken item and it was probably my fault in the wrapping of it. The workers Sam used were polite and made every effort to make sure everything was placed in the right rooms. Nothing seemed like too big a problem for them.
I felt the communication was not the best between the office and myself at times. I think it would be better to deal with one person (Heather) throughout the move.
The deliver went very well, quicker than expected. The 3 guys who did it were very good - friendly, careful and considerate.
