The move was actually my fathers, as he is getting up in age. My sister and I decided to move him (albeit against his will at first) to Nova Scotia to live with her. Some property was too large to store there, and came to Ontario.
As the planning, prep, and contact was up to me. I can't tell you how smooth the entire move was. The event was stressful enough in the speed of which we planned it. The inventory over smartphone with Heather Prystie, to the constant communication throughout with Alexa Nedelcu has been excellent. Everyone involved has been excellent. My wife was very impressed with the team that came to Ontario. Where my sister was equally impressed with Andy and his team in Nova Scotia.
This experience has been superior, and without a doubt would recommend QMM to anyone.

The move was pretty seamless. The preparation and coordination part was excellent, and the movers did a good job on both ways.
Some items were broken but they were of very small value and importance, so there is no reason to complain. We consider it being part of moving.
This is the second time we do business with QMM and this time was much better than last time.
QMM was very good to work with. They managed to move all of our possessions a very large distance across a border without issue, and everything arrived intact. They were clear with the customs procedures and their movers worked quickly and professionally. We also shopped around before making a decision on who to go with and their quote was one of the most competitive on top of all that.
QMM fulfills the promised schedule and moving truck was always punctual. Staff was courteous and this is the second time I use QMM moving services.
I'd recommend QMM for a stress free move.

The movers arrived on time. They were friendly and efficient. They were careful to protect all of the furniture but still managed to move everything into the truck quickly. On the other end of the move, they consulted with us on where to place the furniture and boxes and once again completed their work quickly. All three movers were extremely respectful and personable. We had no complaints.
Honestly I've moved a lot and this was the best experience I've had. The driver Rich was great and the team he had did a great job. Rich ensured our move went well and took great care of us all the way. great job!

The service QMM provided for my move from Ottawa, ON to California was superb. They charged what they quoted initially; The movers were professional (both at loading and delivery) and on-time.
I was so pleased, overall, with QMM. Heather was wonderful all the way through. Alexa was equally wonderful -- even so, we had a communication glitch because of the automatic timing of your communications (I learned way too late how to label the boxes). Tom, the driver who loaded by belongings in Portland was efficient, kind, knowlegeable, and fun -- his packers were great workers. Mike, Cory, and Caben, who delivered the belongings to my new home were fabulous...everything went smoothly and easily. We had a delay in the delivery due to missing paperwork, but that was solved. When I unpacked the household boxes, nothing (nothing!) was chipped, cracked, or broken. I still have the storage boxes to unpack, but I believe that will be equally fine. Many, many thanks!
