Our cross country move went well. I felt that the cost was reasonable for the services provided. All of our belongings were well packed and arrived with no damage. Inventory control by the mover meant that we were able to verify delivery of everything which also assisted with our resettlement at the new home. The moving team at all stages of this process were excellent to work with.

This move was an odd move. The move was to move my Mother-in-law's belonging from the Edmonton area to us here in St. Anthony, NL. The odd part is, I was the one who started the move request while I am still in Newfoundland. My brother-in-law was the only one who had face to face contact with the movers as he was the "go between" QMM and myself and resides at the address the belongings were to be picked up. Arrangements for the move went smoothly, the pack and loads both went smoothly. Delivery to NL was delayed twice, once due to a ferry cancellation (we always expect that living here in NL), the other delay was due to an unforeseen mechanical break down that nobody has control over. The driver kept me in the loop by advising me as soon as each delay happened and of course advising me of expected delivery dates. From the initial contact with QMM right to the delivery, everyone involved did so in a very professional manner. If needed, yes I would use QMM again.

But throughout the process the movers as well as move coordinators had no issues answering my questions concerns and even making changes when requested they really helped take alot of the stress out of cross country relocation.
We were in good hands from the moment we started. The entire QMM team was very professional and personable, ensuring we understood the various steps of the moving process right up until final delivery. With all that goes on at the same time during a big move such as ours, it was nice to know we were working with people with experience and quality service.
Everything went very smoothly for our move. We were exceedingly impressed with Karl and his crew (both packing & moving out as well as moving in). QMM continues to be our first choice for movers and we recommend them highly!

The experience was practically as described to me, leaving out any guesswork and/or most stresses. The estimate was pretty close to quoted on which is the big stressor. The difference was under or close to 500$. I moved the province over and it took three days, that included packing, loading and unloading at the new place
I have moved several times with QMM and I appreciate the professional way in which my belongings are treated. The staff is exceptional and very courteous . I have recommended QMM to both family and friends .
I was hesitant to choose QMM because the price for my move was higher than other estimates I received. However, after working with every person that helped during the moving process I am completely convinced that choosing QMM was the right decision!

We had an amazing experience for our recent move from Seattle to Montreal with QMM! Everyone we worked with went above and and beyond to make sure our move would go smoothly. This was very important for us moving across the continent and the border with 3 small kids. The initial quote was very accurate and the fixed price gave us confidence from day one. We received extra help from our move coordinator Hanna to import our vehicle from the US into Canada even though we would be driving it ourselves. And our truck drivers Steve and Angela were really amazing and gave us confidence that our goods would be safe with them! We would recommend QMM to anyone moving long distance within Canada or across the border.

Absolutely and 100% recommend QMM. Jeff and his team were timely, professional, thorough and careful with the packing and moving process. Aiden was great in the initial quote and agreement process while Hannah provided a lovely white glove service, checking in on us every few days and keeping us updated throughout. We are going to be loyal clients of QMM thanks to this wonderful team who made our move from Toronto to Raleigh seamless.
On time delivery & only one item damaged (which was expected as it was a large Ikea cabinet). Guys worked hard to get items moved in & put together as quickly & as safely as possible. You get what you pay for with QMM.
The physical aspects of our move was stress-free mainly due to Don Dingwall, the driver, and the packing and unpacking crews that he hired at both locations. We could see that there was a mutual respect and trust between the driver and the crews. Both had the same objective of doing their tasks with care and efficiency. The financial aspect of the move did not go as smoothly as I expected. I needed to make a wire transfer in USD to pay for the move because the cost was above what a credit card could support. First an information sheet entitled 'QMM Banking Information 2021 - USD Payment.pdf' was sent to me. It contained the QMM CAD bank account information. After my American bank informed me about the error, I contacted QMM for the correct banking information. The information sheet entitled 'QMM Banking Information 2023 - USD Payment.pdf' was provided. The American bank needed the Beneficiary information. The QMM 2023 USD Payment.pdf only provided the name of the Accounts Receivable agent. I used that information in my second attempt to wire the funds. Again the American bank rejected the transfer request because the Beneficiary information was wrong. I contacted QMM again to ask for the correct Beneficiary information. With finally the correct banking information, my third attempt to wire the USD funds succeeded. To sort out the problems, I had to go through three levels of financial staff at QMM. Thankfully the financial staff understood the problems I was having to make the payment and did not stop delivery of our property. QMM received payment 2-1/2 weeks after our property was delivered. While most of this text is dedicated to the financial problem I had, I do not wish to give the impression that we are dissatisfied with the service we received. A cross-country, cross-border move is a stressful experience. QMM provided us the help we needed to move back to Canada. Thank you.
Very good experience with everyone associated with the move - the local job estimator, the coordinator in Vancouver, the packers, and the truck crew. All were courteous and friendly. Got great follow up on our queries. The activities met our schedule, and the delivery took place well ahead of what we had anticipated.
From the moment we had contact with Francis, the estimator, through Lorraine, the move coordinator, to Nathan the packer, loader, driver, and his assistant Leo, we have been blown away with the professionalism, courtesy,honesty, and helpfulness of this team, we would , without hesitation recommend them to our closest and dearest friends!

The service was amazing and John was a pleasure to work with. Our moved arrived at our destination 3 days earlier than they told us and we were very impressed with the helpers too.
