From start to finish, it was a great experience.
The packers and movers were exceptional. Steve and Angela did and outstanding job as did the local QMM contractors.
The estimation/cost process was a bit bumpy. Perhaps chalk it up to Covid and and perhaps the migration toward "remote" walk-throughs, but the weight estimates were understated quite a bit and the description on the estimate of some of the services were a bit misleading. Still, I would certainly use QMM, but next time I would get estimates from a couple of other companies.
Our move with QMM was excellent!
- nothing damaged / missing
- teams on both ends were excellent, and took good care handling our belongings, in addition to being friendly and easy to work with
- pre move coordinators communicated effectively and were always available for questions
- final bill was actually slightly under the estimate, with no surprises, and everything stayed in our budget
Overall we are very happy with every part of the move and had no complaints whatsoever. Well done everyone!

Very friendly and helpful office staff. They explained to me how to install the app on my phone to have a meeting and view all the contents that were being move and the various methods of payment.
The men arrived on time to load the F&E, were personable, very careful moving and loading everything. They explained the transport route and and estimated time of arrival.
The same on the receiving end, arrived on time, carried everything up into the apartment, personable and considerate.
Nothing was damaged or broken.

Josef Francisco was an awesome and responsive move coordinator. Mike and First name removed at the packing and loading end were equally awesome, as was Zoltan at the delivery end.
Very timely and transparent communication, pick up and delivery. The furniture and the boxes were delivered in good condition and complete. The only thing I would suggest is less dismantling and re-assembling of the furniture pieces if possible, as it was challenging for the delivery team to re-assemble the furniture without instructions (we did not have these, as the furniture had been purchased quite a few years ago). I would use QMM again.
Coordination of the move was timely and freindly and the follow up was regular and effective, prior to and after the move.
The actual driver & mover were also timely and fast. It was a very easy experience and I would definetely recomend QMM to anyone looking for outstanding service.

Once I had my move dates finalized - which took a bit longer than I had expected, everything went very smoothly. Nick the driver was fantastic. Very patient and responsive. The crew that packed and loaded me in Montreal and that unloaded and unpacked me in Vancouver were all first class. Very considerate and very careful with my belongings as if they were there own. All around very nice people to work with during a personally very stressful time.
It was almost a seamless process as everything was perfect with regards to quality communication, quality material movement and keeping to appointment.
Was little disappointed that my schedule delivery time took almost a month.

Quality Move Management did a fine job, in the end, of making sure we had all of our belongings. And nothing was broken!
While there was some initial confusion about when our house would be packed and moved, and when it would ultimately be delivered, overall we were very happy with our experience with QMM. Our contact made sure we were in contact with our driver so we could plan accordingly. The pack-up was a bit overwhelming but the packers did a great job of wrapping everything appropriately.
When we arrived at our new home, Mike (our lead mover) and three local team members got our boxes and furniture into our house within 4 hours, and handled everything with care.
Would definitely recommend them in the future, but I'm hoping we'll be staying put for a very long time.
Everything was handled very well from the Vancouver office even though the packing and pick up was in Edmonton. The items were a bit late arriving in Jacksonville Florida but issues were Customs related. The important thing is that the office were excellent at keeping us informed as to how things were going. The items arrived and were unpacked. We are very pleased with how it all went. Thank you

I wanted to circle back to you post move, and the week has gotten away from me as travelled to Toronto early Sunday morning for this week.
To you - Thank you for your direction and work to get the move initiated, surveyed, and scheduled. Also - Thank you for liaising with Matt to assist with some of the other logistics that needed to happen to make this move complete. You are a pleasure to work with.
The Team - A huge Thank you to Matt, Collin, and Tony. The word "can't" is not in Matt's vocabulary, and every ask along the way was addressed in a manner where nothing felt like an imposition - Matt is clearly great at what he does, and does it in a organized and definite manner.
Colin and Tony are on the ball, and on the go. These guys wrapped, packed, lifted and loaded at a pace that is phenomenal.
For all - It was our absolute pleasure to have such a polite and efficient crew come in and move our home with such care.

Our belongings were treat respectfully, the movers were professional and polite. They ensured that they were not bumping into walls and while they were quick they didn’t rush. They were good conversationalists when they needed to be but very efficient. They were presentable and quite concerned about not leaving marks or dirt on the floor. The driver even went so far as to sweep up the dirt on the garage floor.
They were very timely, no foul language and again polite. Thank you very to the movers.My experience with QMM was very good both Bradley and Jennifer were also polite and professional. Bradley was patient with my inexperience in working with his computer program and helped out several times. Jennifer was very communicative and I was apprised of the movers schedules and times for delivery respecting our move in dates.
We were very concerned about the move but QMM took care of everything, thank you so much.
