The two crews with whom we dealt were friendly, careful, and efficient. However, some of our furniture seemed to have been handled roughly, presumably between the first truck and storage at the warehouse, and a rug and our sofa arrived with new dirty marks.
The service was excellent. Aidan, Lorraine, and Sam were exemplary in making this move as hassle free as possible. I'm glad I decided to work with QMM instead of trying this move on my own (or even with one of the other van lines). They're courteous, professional, and prompt.
Many thanks to Brad, Lorraine, Tyler and team. We had a seamless move from Canmore, Alberta to Courtenay, BC on Vancouver Island. Brad gave a very accurate quote even though he only had our real estate listing to go on. Lorraine kept us updated regularly on scheduling dates and times - very responsive and supportive. Tyler, our van driver, organized a great team of movers and everyone came on time and worked hard. We had no damage and felt very comfortable with our whole move experience. We would highly recommend Quality Move Management as a very reputable and reliable moving company.

I was absolutely pleased with my experience with QMM. Our driver Trevor was a consummate professional and very hardworking and polite. The packing and unpacking went off without any problems.

Always a great experience! As usual, some notes on care taken with items and environment, but given the efficiency of the crew, they did a great job. Trevor was very positive, accommodating and communicative.

The management team worked quickly and efficiently all went well. There is a need to tighten up on the actual movers. They were slow and careless with some of our belongings. I would still give QMM a reference and/or use them again for another move.

I had an expectation in my head and it was blown away by the actual level of service and professionalism, both of the team that show up to load/unload and the quote and prep work ahead of time. Communication was thorough, detailed, and quick. The onsite team did a spectacular job in prepping my belongings and wrapping everything possible and loaded it with care also ensuring that if I had any questions throughout any of the process they took the time to answer them. Trevor was the man in charge of the team and he is an exceptional leader, providing guidance where necessary without being a 'boss'.
I recently had the pleasure of using Allied for my move from Kelowna to Calgary. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The booking process was straightforward, with clear communication and prompt responses to my questions. On moving day, the team arrived on time and immediately impressed me with their professionalism and efficiency. They handled my belongings with the utmost care, expertly packing and securing everything for transport. Fragile items were meticulously wrapped, and larger furniture was disassembled and reassembled seamlessly. The movers were not only skilled but also incredibly courteous and friendly, making a stressful day much more manageable. They worked quickly yet carefully, ensuring that nothing was damaged during the move.

Excellent service! We moved from Ontario to British Columbia. After 41 years in our house it was a daunting task but QMM was so helpful. From initial contact to final drop off they provided great communication, advice and professional service. They arrived on time to load and showed great respect for our possessions. We were given a range of dates for final delivery which is understandable for a cross country move and we could track the progress. They arrived in the range of time and communicated the date and time of delivery when they were in British Columbia so again great communication. The unloading was slowed by a malfunction of the condo freight elevator but the crew work through it with patience and again great care for our possessions. Finally the price they initially quoted and final invoice was within $100 so you can rely on the quote accuracy.

Everything went exactly as I was told it would. I was kept informed from beginning to end. There were no surprises and no delays or damage. Everyone with whom I came in contact was courteous and respectful as well as informative, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would be happy to recommend this group for short or long distance moves, mine having been a long distance.
