Excellent service! We moved from Ontario to British Columbia. After 41 years in our house it was a daunting task but QMM was so helpful. From initial contact to final drop off they provided great communication, advice and professional service. They arrived on time to load and showed great respect for our possessions. We were given a range of dates for final delivery which is understandable for a cross country move and we could track the progress. They arrived in the range of time and communicated the date and time of delivery when they were in British Columbia so again great communication. The unloading was slowed by a malfunction of the condo freight elevator but the crew work through it with patience and again great care for our possessions. Finally the price they initially quoted and final invoice was within $100 so you can rely on the quote accuracy.

Everything went exactly as I was told it would. I was kept informed from beginning to end. There were no surprises and no delays or damage. Everyone with whom I came in contact was courteous and respectful as well as informative, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would be happy to recommend this group for short or long distance moves, mine having been a long distance.
My experience from the moment I first reached out for a quote, to the movers arriving across the country with our household goods was very smooth and pleasant! Bradley Ulrich was super helpful getting our booking and preferred dates for the move arranged, and Lorraine Baird was in touch frequently to facilitate a smooth move and was always available to answer any questions we had along the way. And the team that came in to move my belongings were unbelievable.. Trevor & Tim were friendly, organized and made the moving from A to B look beyond easy.
