At both ends the packers and unpackers did an incredible job. The furniture and breakable items were well packed and wrapped, so everything arrived in excellent condition...almost. Through no fault of theirs, unfortunately the tv cabinet had a door ripped off and gouges made on the top while in the storage facility for two months. But dealings with the Claims Mgr to this point have me anticipating a hassle-free resolving of this issue.

This moving team were great communicators and always available to answer questions. Likewise the employees who loaded and unloaded my belongings were professionals and friendly, respectful and polite. Moving is stressful and can create uncertainty but QMM were always there to alleviate my fears with understanding and empathy.
My move went very smoothly. Tara is extremely professional and efficient and answered questions quickly. Amanda looked after details and questions efficiently and communicated updates and deadlines. Calvin and his crew were great. They were great in communicating their eta and were very punctual. Moving is a stressful time but having an excellent team providing exceptional service helped a lot. Roland Smith provided the best possible experience for our cross country move from the initial meeting to assess the extent of the move to the final delivery. His professionalism was exceptional. All aspects of the move from logistics, costing and advice on what services to use at QMM were helpful and detailed.

The crew and office staff were extremely helpful from beginning to end with my recent move from Mississauga to Waterloo. They were polite, efficient and professional in everything they did. I highly recommend Quality Move Management to anyone who wants a company who is responsible and dependable.
The movers were efficient and friendly at both ends. Nothing was lost. There was only some minor damage to a piece of furniture but it is repairable. The process was generally smooth from our perspective.
On the flip side, we had an issue with QMM, following the advice of their Belgian contact to delay the shipping until after we were officially registered as Belgian residents. We were returning citizens, we had a temporary address in Belgium for administrative purposes, QMM had all our stuff, and the risk, if any, was ours. Because of this 10-day delay, the container arrived in Antwerp on the Friday before the July long week-end in Belgium, hence C$ 480 in demurrage fees.
Right from the beginning meeting with Heather, the professionalism and organization was excellent. Lubna was wonderful to work with, answered all of my questions, and kept me up to date with all information I needed. The moving teams both in Vancouver, which was Jamie, and in Regina which was Nick were outstanding. They were friendly, highly organized and efficient.
Your company team were remarkable.
Jamie and his team were great. They went to work loading the truck, wrapping what needed wrapping and getting me out of my old house and into my new with no issues on my end. Your company will be who I recommend to friends and family who are planning a move.

Brandon was literally the best! I was extremely nervous and stressed about my move and he did a fantastic job talking me through the process and taking care of my things. He was great with my dog and super communicative. I really enjoyed working with him and if he's still around when I move again, I'll definitely be asking for him!
The team were simply amazing from start to finish. Aidan and Lorraine were fantastic during the planning phase, while Trevor, Spencer and their teams were true professionals when it came to loading, moving and unloading. No doubt there were countless others helping behind the scenes. We were delighted with the quality of the service throughout!
Great service from planning to execution. Having same person ie Randy as person driving truck on both ends of cross country move was very helpful- despite delays I was kept informed. Slight disorganization on delivery at other end not unexpected and remedied- ie unloaded article destined for storage and had to deliver missed box later. No significant damage during move. Personable, reliable service
They made a very complicated process very smooth. Provided lots of support with all aspects of cross-border moving, all the customs and car issues. And the on-site mover, Sam, was fantastic.
Everyone involved in all steps of my move were fantastic to deal with, from the virtual quote all the way to delivery day at the final destination! I was very nervous, as a family member had a nightmare move a few years ago with a different company. It was hard for me to trust someone with all of my precious belongings. They helped me and reassured me along the way, never once made me feel unimportant or brushed me off. The movers were respectful and treated my stuff with care. Everything arrived safely and was exactly the same as when they packed it up. I would definitely recommend and use them again, I just hope I don’t have to move again ever.
Your quote wasn’t the lowest, but from the very start Tara made us feel comfortable about a very complex move. This professionalism and friendliness continued with Manna and our driver, Brandon. A top notch organization with good people!
Totally professional from day 1 to completion. Packers/loaders took great care to protect the property whilst at the same time protected the items being moved, packed them carefully and efficiently and loaded them on the truck so that they were kept safe during the journey. They also engaged in friendly conversation with us, explaining their processes and keeping us advised
They delivered on time at the destination, taking care of all border control requirements and the crew that unloaded were as top notch as the crew that loaded in the first place.
No breakages or losses and all items dismantled by them were reassembled where required in the destination property.
