Sam was an excellent move manager or whatever his title is. The guys both in Calgary and in Delta were experienced and careful. Packing is a difficult thing but everyone kept cool and got along.
With the exception of one member of the Delta team, I think I felt respected and heard when I interacted with the move crew.
