I love the customer experience you get the minute you walk in the door. Salt provides a judgment-free zone that allows everyone to do what they need for their body.

The level of teacher training is unparalleled. I drive 150 round trip whenever possible just to come to Salt.

This was the first time I had ever attempt yoga and it was a great experience. My roommate attended hot yoga early in the week and came back raving about it and invited me. I was a bit skeptical at first but the instructor was so nice and walked me through what I was to expect. Worked a good and meaningful sweat, most definitely will be back!!!

Friendly approachable Love you guys. One suggestion I would maybe not play Michael Jackson music anymore with all the proof that’s come out against him. Micheal Jackson was a sick pedophile Who prayed on children and their families One instructor Plays his music and even acknowledged that people dont enjoy his music anymore. I understand going against the grain. But for people who have had childhood trauma in there life no matter how much therapy a person has had certain things trigger You. Last weekend when his music was played I got a huge knot in my stomach and thought I was going to throw up. The same would be for battered women and playing R. Kelly music. I feel we just need to be a little more in tune with the world and what’s going on.

I love coming to Salt Yoga! It keeps me strong, builds strength, and makes me feel refreshed. I definitely can tell a big difference if I miss a week.

One thing that could be improved within the Salt app is payment options. When paying, if you’ve selected a class from Utica, you shouldn’t have the option to buy South classes and vice versa. It would also make more sense to have the single classes at the top of the list instead of starting with the annual and monthly memberships.

That being said, i think it’s great that you guys have the app, I like getting to pick a spot and pay ahead of time! :)

Always such a great experience at SALT!

Salt Yoga is the only Yoga place I will go to in Tulsa. It is not only a tough workout but at the end of each class you leave feeling soothed and inspired to seize the day.

I appreciate that SALT’s schedule has many class times to choose to fit my schedule. SALT isn’t my “home” studio, but I love knowing there’s a place to drop in and practice hot yoga with quality instructors.

Excellent studio. The yoga teachers are accessible and easy to talk to. It is the first studio when I came to Tulsa and they made me feel welcome.

Really enjoy the sweat and sculp class.

SALT always provides me with a challenging yoga experience...which my mind and body craves!
