I love all of the instructors! The schedule is throughout the day so I can always try and find a time to go. I love how much strength, growth, and positivity I’ve gained since I first started at Salt. I cannot begin to count how many times instructors have personally taught me new techniques or tricks, or how many times they’ve helped me adjust myself for my safety and care. I cannot see myself going anywhere else to share my yoga experience with. You all are seriously the best.

The concept in general is special but I think Whitney really made my first experience even better! I would definitely recommend all yogis to at least try it. :-)
Instructors are amazing
So many things! Mostly the incredibly warm (no pun intended) and friendly environment, amazing and diverse instructors (specifically Whitney, Kari and Ayngel), excellent music (specifically Ayngel’s ever fun and and diverse playlists), Utica location, and ability to book online.
Great instructors and the class is an hour long. Come prepared to SWEAT! Shorts and loose shirt recommended.
Instructors all share a different, unique and enjoyable class. A comfortable atmosphere as well.

It’s been a while since I’ve done yoga and I’ve never tried hot yoga before. I was nervous before the class because I don’t think many people would consider my body to be a “yoga body.” I was so happy that there was absolutely no judgement in this class, probably because everyone is too busy sweating! The instructor was great and the class was awesome. This class really helped me jump start my summer. I will definitely be returning.
