I LOVE SALT. The teachers. The students. The classes. All of the amenities. And I LOVE that each teacher ends the class with a sweet touch, lavender oil on the wrists, lemongrass cold towels, a foot adjustment, a powerful reading from a book. It's my favorite form of self care. SALT is not just a yoga studio; it's a community, family--a sanctuary. It's HOME.
I enjoyed the class. It was a solid flow interwoven with the theme of breath as thread. I felt challenged, in a good way.

Awesome holy yoga!
For a newcomer, Cass was incredibly descriptive and thorough. I felt comfortable and confident with every pose she helped us thru. The facility is immaculate and well organized. Even the other guests were helpful and friendly. Definitely becoming a regular.

The Holy Yoga class was tough and even a little steamy but I had a great time! The instructor was kind and helpful. I would definitely come back!

The instructors are awesome. They greet you when you arrive and seem glad you are there. They encourage your questions and always have helpful tips and instruction. The instructors set the stage for you to feel good about what you have accomplished in class whether it has been an on or off day.

I haven’t lived in Tulsa for over a year now, but when I visit, I try to plan my trips around at least one SALT class. I enjoy the heat (never used to) and the variety of styles and moods offered by the instructors. I’ve practiced yoga for 25+ years, and taught for 15, in OK, TX, and CO, and I count SALT amongst my favorite studios in all my homes and travels.

I have been doing yoga for 4 months. I've been to 3 different studios located in different states. Yoga at Salt has by far been my best experiences practicing yoga. Whitney and Keri are awesome instructors.

Ana Berry was my instructor and she was incredible. None of the asanas were too difficult, yet I am somehow very, very sore. It was great!

Every class I’ve done in my 10 for $10 has been different and I loved all of them! Facility and amenities are top notch!
I like reserving my spot most of all. It’s close to my work and home so it’s very convenient for me in that aspect. The hot room really leaves me refreshed, cleansed , and relaxed mentally and physically.
I always feel welcome when I do a drop in class at Salt.

Great basics workshop.
SALT Yoga is fantastic! All the instructors are great and you feel right at home. I first visited SALT Yoga in May 2019 as an alternative to more high intensity workouts and fell in love. I love all the classes and workshops. It's a great place to find your inner grounding and really forgot all the crazy things in the world.
The instructor was amazing. I hadn’t done yoga in 4 years and she was so encouraging. What could have been an intimidating experience was a wonderful welcome back to the work out world. I felt better mentally and physically after this class.

Keri is an amazing instructor and he classes always inspire me to care more about how I’m feeling in my body and mind.
