I wanted to like the Utica location but it is so small, crowded and intimidating. That is on me though. One of the regulars was extremely sweet and helpful since I was a newbie. I think I will stick to the south location until I get more confident however.
Salt as a whole is amazing! I am happy that I joined! :-)

I love Salt!!! The instructors, the classes, the cleanliness of the studio, the friends I've made....all of it! Salt has THE BEST instructors!!!! We are soooo fortunate to have every one of them! Salt has a great energy about it - from the moment you walk in to when you leave. You feel welcome, safe, without judgement, challenged (or not if that's not what your body needs that day) and, most importantly, you can be yourself. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I'm grateful to have found Salt and yoga. It's changed my life!
Great instructors and clean inside the part Salt operates but the rest of the south facility is lacking. Stairwell has been dirty for weeks. Could not tell you last time it was swept. The men’s restroom soap is usually so watered down it would not be called soap.(when it is not empty) Paper towels are also out frequently.

I LOVE SALT. The teachers. The students. The classes. All of the amenities. And I LOVE that each teacher ends the class with a sweet touch, lavender oil on the wrists, lemongrass cold towels, a foot adjustment, a powerful reading from a book. It's my favorite form of self care. SALT is not just a yoga studio; it's a community, family--a sanctuary. It's HOME.
I enjoyed the class. It was a solid flow interwoven with the theme of breath as thread. I felt challenged, in a good way.

Great setting - beautiful, calm, positive studio. Teachers are always wonderful. I'm a yoga teacher also & I live out of town. Whenever I come to visit my best friend & we always try to fit in as many classes at SALT as possible. Much gratitude.

Awesome holy yoga!
For a newcomer, Cass was incredibly descriptive and thorough. I felt comfortable and confident with every pose she helped us thru. The facility is immaculate and well organized. Even the other guests were helpful and friendly. Definitely becoming a regular.

The Holy Yoga class was tough and even a little steamy but I had a great time! The instructor was kind and helpful. I would definitely come back!

SALT has changed the way I think about yoga. I used to just see it as stress relief but now it’s so much more. It’s also empowering to feel stronger from these sessions. I love these classes.
