Salt is more than yoga, it is a community. There is a place for everyone. Regardless of your size, shape or ability, there is a place for you. And, it is always judge free. I promise you that if you start you will begin to feel better and look better in no time at all!

The staff is very friendly and they try to make everyone to fit in the yoga room. Yoga mats for everyone and empty spaces for people to put in their shoes and belongings.
