Many of us had to leave the room and class to survive. Might be best to rename it as advanced 2 hour sequence or flow.
The studio is great, the staff is lovely, the classes are great. Lots of variety based on the instructor, so all in all, its the best Yoga studio in town.

Very nurturing and healing atmosphere. The Instructors are wonderful. The fellow yogis are very respectful of each other. I have attended many yoga studios and Salt is a stand-out among the rest. I love this place.

I like everything about it. Not every class is the same and not every class is my favorite if I’m being honest. I always feel good even if it wasn’t my favorite type of class. Always a great energy, environment and the teachers are all amazing . I buy your gift certificates as presents and tell everyone to try your Utica location (only one that I’ve tried).
If I’m being completely honest sometimes it’s so loud I can’t hear the teachers and the entire class looks a little lost. It would be nice if there were a few classes that held poses w/more instruction. It would be awesome if the weight classes had an early or later class so working women could join more regularly. Overall this is one of my favorite experiences on a regular basis. It’s a special place w/great energy. I love just being there and I leave feeling I accomplished something from each class. True gem.
the kickass sound system - started this morning feeling 'meh' but she starts with cranked up 'Superstition' and went up from there!
also, great heat and friendly atmosphere - I'm old and not very good, but they never let me feel it - a good yoga studio just has a feeling - and tho I enjoy being a yoga gypsy, always come back to SALT!

The staff, the facility, the people, the music and the vibes are all SUBLIME. There are plenty of instructors providing a variety of classes to enjoy.
I love the community within SALT! I started my yoga journey to rehabilitate after a foot injury almost three years ago, and once I had a taste of Keri’s Monday night classes, I was even MORE hooked! The energy is unmatched with every instructor, and the group of people I’ve met and grown to love are even better!
