I love attending SALT. The studio is pristine and very clean, the instructors are awesome, and the heat is REAL. I love the caliber of instructors and how I can continue to elevate my practice.

What do you like about our services?

Salt has taught me how great the practice of yoga can be as my main workout. I used to think of yoga as more of my spiritual practice and tended to stick with gentle & restorative yoga. Now, I love sweaty classes as my main physical exercise, while simultaneously working mind & spirit! And, the restorative weekly classes are a great balance to the sweaty flows! Love, love the overall Salt vibe!!
