I was wondering if the studio will be offering any early morning classes? I will definitely return but may not be able to as often because of my work schedule. I can usually only take class in the early morning hours. Either way I will be back in to the studio.

The Inversion Workshop was an excellent workshop that was very challenging. The instructor was very clear and kind and even extended the time of the workshop to allow for more instruction and practice.

I like everything from the online signup system to the tea after class! This was my first vinyasa with Veronica and it was such a great class! Her sequences were challenging and fun. I'm glad I went!

Namaste is a comfortable environment to explore a yoga practice. The HP location is one of the most diverse and inclusive I've ever been too. It's clear that people feel welcome and empowered there.

I love Namaste, I’ve been to a few yoga studios and this one is my favorite. The classes are great, the teachers are down to earth and I have learned so much here! Having tea after every class is such an amazing ritual and I love it!

The teacher was great and didn't bog down the class with spiritual monologues. We focused on our bodies and the movements. I liked the pacing too, it was comfortable while still challenging.

I like that Namaste isn’t just another, all sweat, fast paced, loud music, Americanized “workout yoga” studio. You have experienced, talented instructors who vary in skill, style and bring uniqueness to their classes such as a bit of Reiki, musical talent, voice talent, breath and nutritional benefits to the mat. I appreciate the variety of classes and late night schedule, plus the added benefits of the workshops and true yoga like the Kundalini class. The restorative plus the meditation classes were crucial for my health 2 years ago and that’s why I keep coming back.
Lots of great classes at all different times of day with great teachers!
I would like to request sound baths that are during the day on weekends with yoga movement and meditation throughout! The ones at night with almost no movement are hard for me because I can't stay awake, plus I like to utilize the amazing sound in movement, could be gentle yoga, for example.
