I loved this studio !! Best experience ever in yoga. I’m new to yoga tried 3 studios before and they were not as patient with the newer students. I really think I will be joining this studio you guys are awesome especially the new student classes you give that explain the poses.

Everything from the beginning and end was much more than I expected in a very good way. A friendly environment when you first get to the floor where Namaste is located. Easy check in process and then a very welcoming and clean room where the Yoga class was given. The instructor was professional and friendly. Throughly explained everything and what it meant. I will look forward to signing up in Highland Park!
The workout is low impact, but effective. The instructor was knowledgeable and encouraging.

I like the way Ani teaches her class.
I find that the classes tend to promote mindfulness and growth in that area over a focus in physical change. In that way I feel like Namaste is a safe and compassionate space in which to practice. I love that all of the teachers encourage you to listen to your body and modify in either direction as you need on a given day. Use of the word "play" helps with that, too. I love that over the idea of "challenging" or "pushing" yourself, because half the time just showing up is challenging enough! Being offered the option to "play" makes it fun to be there.
Also love how clean and inviting the studio always is. Everyone at the front desk is awesome.

The system for check-in was organized. The space was nice and clean. The class was great and the teacher was very very good. It seemed like everyone was serious about what they were doing. Loved it! I'll be back.

So far, I've taken 3 classes from 3 different instructors and have enjoyed them all. They were well paced and well balanced.

It was amazing to go to a class that felt so authentic. The intimate nature of the class was very refreshing too.
Everyone is friendly and the class/instructor (Ani) was great. I'm by no means and "advanced" practicer of yoga, and the class was accessible yet challenging for me, and I never felt intimidated.
Nora is an amazing instructor who is thoughtful and always pushing her students to test new techniques. I really appreciate the new meditation class added on Wednesdays too!
