The most important aspect was Stefanie fitting us in on short notice and her ability to put her team together and successfully complete the job where we will probably scheduling some sort of regular cleaning schedule.

Your office never let us know what time the ladies were coming. I had to call the day of service to find out.
The cleaning ladies were nice, but after they left, I checked the bathrooms and was really angry as to what they NEVER touched or cleaned: the soap dispensers, the shower glass doors, the corners of the tile floors were filled with dust, the base boards were never dusted. I wondered how they finished so fast!! Now I know, just surface clean the sink, toilet and a quick mop to the floor. I had to rewash the tile floors because whatever they used dried very sticky!! Could be their mop was not clean. Never-Never use your service again!!!!!

The folk who come out are friendly and seem happy in their work. I very much like the fact that I get the info of when someone is on their way and when they have finished. The contact point is super nice and helpful. And best of all, my house is clean.

I’ve already spoken to the office manager from the place i used. And explain the situation. No reason to get into the details of what was not done and how incorrect things were that were done !
She offered for people to come back out which is the plan however I am away until after July 12 so I plan on Having different people come out to see if there’s a difference. The price I paid for what I got was deplorable
I'm not sure what products are used in my home but they don't leave a flowery scent just clean. I've had great services from everyone that has cleaned my home!
The detailed clean @$435+tip seemed no different than a routine clean. Discussed details with office today.
Sometimes I have to go behind to make sure the work is correct. It gets frustrating, Not all workers are that way. But I am disappointed I a lot. I have a lot of high profile people that I no and I would be embarrassed to have this happen to them.

although the response to my problem was above and beyond, i should never have had to call because my furniture was left untouched/ unvaccumed. the second team that came out to fix the problem was vastly better than the team that originally came out. i tipped each original team member $25. i tipped the second team a total of $20 for their trouble of coming out to fix the first team’s problem. cost me an additional $20 for the first team’s mistake, and i wish the second team got the bigger tip.
The initial cleaning was excellent, but there has been a real drop off in quality with the weekly cleanings. The vacuuming is good, but with the mopping the corners are usually missed. We pointed out to wash the baseboards behind the cat and dog bowls, but those areas are consistently ignored despite us putting a cardboard sign in front of the areas (cardboard removed, areas not washed!!). The grout areas of the sink behind the fixtures were cleaned in the initial cleaning, but now have been ignored and look dingier every week. The idea should be that if they see something they clean it, but we are losing ground every week. Hope you all can step it up.
