How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Cleaners are very nice, but don't always have the same person, people. Need to review what should be done each time and obvious things are missed or just not done because they look clean, but are not. I would like a breakdown of what you charge for each room. Some cleaners are here for only 45 minutes, other an hour to an hour an a half. Sorry but you asked.

Wish miss having Jodi come to clean. Recently while the cleaning is okay, it is definately not as good. Liners are never put in the baskets upstairs bathrooms at the sinks. spots on the wood floors and bleach was dribbled on our shower mat so now has white spots after we washed it.

What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

Although I like Merry Maids as a whole, I have been disappointed of late with my cleanings. This last time, there were two new crew people cleaning my home and a basement door was shut closing in one of my cats and a bathroom window had been left open. The level of cleaning is also not consistent.

I was pleased with the cleaning service on the day it was performed, but a few days later, I went to look more closely and found several cobwebs in ceiling light fixtures, dusty walls and bugs still in a bathroom light fixture. Overall, the crew worked very hard, but there were a few items that could have used some improvement.

What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

Nancy cleans our home well every time with your products. There are no strong chemical odors after she leaves. She regularly gets down on her knees to dust the lower parts of furniture.

be proactive when a situation occurs. Notify the customer as soon as you are aware of changes rather than apologizing after the custom points out the changes.

There were many details missed during the initial deep cleaning that was scheduled with our company. Surface areas were dusty, Furniture not properly cleaned and floors were dirty and did not appear to be cleaned. Merry Maids has agreed to come back and re-do the deep cleaning.

The young women who come are always on time (sometimes early), pleasant and agreeable to suggestions what should and should not be done, and are done usually in an hour or an hour and a half.

Your services are wonderful.
Your products -- I do not like because the mirrors leave streaked marks. The floor cleaner is sticky every where. And the rags, are they clean ? Just wondering. I use my own product for everything.

I continue to be disappoint with the level of cleanliness after each visit.

Kitchen and bathroom floors are dirty
Vacuuming of the furniture is not happening
The bathroom tub has a soap scum ring, i actually left soft scrub out two cleanings ago, pointed out the bathtub was dirty, and it looked like it had been wiped down, not cleaned.
The ceiling fans are dusty and I’ve asked on a few occasions that the blade are dusted

I really don’t feel like i am getting 135 dollars worth. It’s a lot of money for someone to wipe down my counters every other week.

When a cleaner is going to be late in arriving because he has been given another cleaning job do before mine, I would apprciate a phone call, informng me about that. My husband and I might have been out when Kevin arrived and missed him.

Scheduling problem:
It seems like my staying home/reserving an entire afternoon for the cleaners is too vague.* Why can't the window be more specific?

App problem:
After emailing me that they were on their way with an estimated ETA, the web page kept adding time to the expected arrival, for ~45 minutes, despite their actual arrival at my front door.

Cleaning problems:
The outside of the refrigerator was not wiped down, nor was the floor near it vacuumed.
The outside of the toaster oven was not wiped down either.
I thought that these were automatically supposed to be done.

The floors were not vacuumed thoroughly, with dog hair left stuck around the feet of furniture. The floors were not microfiber-mopped despite my providing cleaners, mop heads, and handle/dispenser, but I'm unsure if they were automatically supposed to be done.

The tile parts of the bathroom were not dusted or wiped down. I thought that this would automatically be done.

There were cobwebs left on the walls around and behind the tilting bathroom mirror and glass shelves.

I don't know how to make this right since I don't have time to wait around for a whole afternoon for another pair of cleaners to return. Maybe be sure to complete the missed items AND provide complete floor mopping for my galley kitchen next month?

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I moved into a new apartment I asked for a price for my windows to be cleaned and the baseboards to be dusted. All they did was wipe the inside of my windows with what look like a dirty cloth . Never cleaned the ledge when you open them up when I called and complained they said that was extra! If I only asked for my windows to be cleaned that should’ve been stated from the beginning. Your company should be embarrassed !
