Great service as well as great people!
As always we are delighted to have Kevin be our Merry Maids provider because he is attentive and efficient as well as being a pleasure to deal with.
I am happy with the quality of products used and the results of their use.
Literally the most amazing focused crew ever! They were SO EFFICIENT, detailed, thoughtful, conscientious and talented! They worked well as a team and were so respectful of the space. They were amazing communicators and honestly really helped save the day!!!
Lower your prices.
Quick turnaround from initial phone call to having them come on site. Friendly staff, from the individuals in the office talking through the services and making the appointments, the on-site cleaning crew. I also liked how they had quality control come to the house prior to them leaving to ensure the job was completed.

Very inconsistent service
The service is very professional and polite they do a great job.
I like it when the house smells clean but not bleachy.
Schedule more specific time slots with the same, consistent cleaners AND send more than one person so they can clean more thoroughly and quickly.
Kevin worked very hard for us and did a very nice job.
I think the sanitizer used for the bathroom could have a nicer smell than the one being used (very Chloroxy).
Kristen and her crew do a fantastic job in a very efficient manner each time they come to clean my townhouse.

Give the ladies fewer jobs so they can stay longer at a home and clean it thoroughly !!!

It was set up for my brother and he stated the cleaning products were good and he is particular about cleaning products prefers more natural ones. His Aid stated they were efficient and a job well done.
