Thorough cleanings at a reasonable price.

My cleaner has been cleaning my house for five years - and when I was just at home for the last cleaning I noticed both cleaners wearing shoes in the house. I have asked more than once for shoes to be removed or shoe covers to be worn. I don’t understand why this request is ignored. Also - the cleaning is very basic - not much dusting and wiping down of surfaces.

The products are great as my house smells wonderful after being cleaned. They are obviously a higher quality than my products.

Cleaners charged me $270 and I cannot see what they did. The floor was still dirty and the cabinets were not cleaned.

I did not feel that the dusting on some furniture some things in bathroom were not clean. Just didn’t feel clean

Overall I am very satisfied with the cleaning. However, I have noticed that the glass on the coffee table and some of the sink tops do not look clean or feel clean to the touch.

I requested a deep clean which included wall washing….in my world a deep clean would mean moving furnitures, wall hangings, and items sitting on tables and counters. Deep cleaning in my world is wet wiping down blinds and baseboards as well as faces of cabinets and appliances. I am shocked at how many things weren’t done. I am good with the window washing, but i am sure i could have hired a window washer for a lot less money than i paid Merry Maids for my unsatisfactory deep clean.

Jean and her colleague did a terrific job. Jean has been to home to clean several times. Very thorough and detail oriented. Excellent work. I have a large house with a lot to clean and everything was spotless with no damages of any sort. No problems at all. I highly recommend Jean and look forward to her return when I next contact you. Communication and timing

I have had the Merry Maids for a long time and they do an excellent job. I would recommend them highly.

Consistent well done cleaning. Main office is very responsive when/if we call. Cleaners are friendly and reliable.

Didn’t show up on the day that it was scheduled. I had to call to find out what went wrong. Then I rescheduled and the cleaning was not completed. They left without doing the finished basement which was stressed as one of the main reasons we were calling for a cleaning. This house is going on the market and the cleaning mixups meant we had to push back photos twice.

The two cleaners were very sociable, professional, kind, and did a great job cleaning.

Cleaning was good but they were over an hour late. The window I was given was 1-3 and they didn't come until after 4.
