Merry Maids are always outstanding. We have used their services over ten years, at our home and now at our apartment. Their products are ecologically safe. I highly recommend the Merry Maids.

I have had a lot of inconsistent cleanings. From sinks not being cleaned, to tubs not being cleaned, floors not being vacuumed under area rugs and ottomans, crumbs being left in corners of the floor or even full on chunks of food, as well as floors not being mopped. My husband and I have made complaints to the team as well as the office manager. At this point if we need to continue to make complaints we are going to look for a new cleaning company.

The staff is very attentive to specific areas I want cleaned.

I was charged $450 or “deep cleaning” of our very small condo. We recently moved in and had only two chairs for furniture in the living room and only a desk in one of the bedrooms. The recliner chairs were not moved for cleaning underneath or vacuumed for dog hair. Area rugs were also still covered with dog hair. The sink drain was only partially cleaned and the TV and associated technology was still dusty. I understood the $110/hr charge for a one time deep cleaning but feel I was taken advantage of as a husband eager to have a clean house for my wife to come home to after a difficult trip. I have some photos of dirt on the floor and hair/lint on the furniture and cannot imagine what took two people two hours. Also our old sick cat was closed into a bedroom overnight.
I paid too much for services received and deserve a partial refund. Nonetheless I would probably never use Merry Maids again.

Exceptional service. Julia F. and Candy arrived promptly at the prearranged time. They came to the door loaded with supplies, introduced themselves very cordially and were very eager to get to work. We were getting the initial deep cleaning so they explained what was involved and how they were going to go about it. There was zero wasted movement in there work habits. If we had had questions they were happy to answer them and what products they were using.
We have used Merry Maids in the past on one of our rental units and were very pleased with the results and once again they did an outstanding job.
Julia F and Candy were tiresome workers and both should be commended. We would be very happy to have them for out bi-weekly cleaning.

The cleaning products are not offensive or strong smell of chemicals. I like vinegar for my floors as well.

The work was fantastic. So nice to come home to a clean house. Only complaint is that lights were left home. Would appreciate lights being turned off to save electricity.

Communication could have been a bit better, but turned out fine. I was expecting an hour of cleaning with a team of 2 and only 1 guy showed up. It wasn't a big deal but I didn't know about it and assumed he would only work an hour, which wasn't enough time for the job for 1 person. I appreciate them getting the job done with no issues, I just wish I was informed so I knew what to expect. Staff were all great and quickly clarified my concerns.

I appreciate the consideration, the professional manner, and the attention to details. Plus they ladies really do care.

I don 't like doing this surveys all the time. My opinion doesn't change from week to week. If something is wrong, I will let you know.

The front door coat and shoe cupboard wasn’t cleaned the first day here. Please wash the tiles then put the shoes back. Please spray the kitchen cupboard area if fruit flies are around. Last time I had a clean the flies were on the ceiling, and even up in the master bedroom and bathroom.
My next clean is Friday 13th.

Supervisor made a list of specific requests, which were followed in detail. Specific instructions concerning the way I wanted the bed made up were executed exactly and without questions or problems. No excuses were offered and no explanations of how other customers liked tasks done. It was all very low-keyed and very efficient. All employees were friendly and cooperative. Highly recommended!

I love coming home to a clean home, that all happened magically while I was away at work for the day. That is always my favorite day!
