The cleaners ccme when scheduled, do the job, and leave. Moreover they are pleasant, and their office responds promptly to requests. We like them, hire them.

more consistent good cleaning

I was very impressed with the bathrooms, bedrooms and windows that were cleaned!

It was apparent that nothing on the kitchen countertops was moved as there was an onion skin behind the fruit basket and lots of crumbs underneath all of the items on the kitchen counter.
It also seemed that none of the mats on the kitchen were moved to clean the kitchen floors as there was a lot of debris and crumbs right around the mats and underneath them as well. There were also a few areas on the kitchen floor where the mats were not sitting that had something dried on them that I was about to remove by licking my thumb and gently rubbing the area.

That was disappointing as this is a pricey service and I was very hopeful going into the first visit. I was happy with the majority of the work they did and I’m hoping the next visit will address these issues so I can continue using the service.

Workers are quiet, fast and thorough. Our house is very, very clean.

The high level of quality and care taken when doing the move out deep clean was fantastic. It helped us substantially with our move out time line.

Your deep cleaning service was excellent. I only wish there were a way to reduce the price. It is very expensive, and seems more appropriate for a business than a home. Is it possible to have two categories?

I’d like to cancel using your service. the first time was great, but this time I don’t even know what was done. Trash was not taken out, bathroom tubs were not cleaned, bed was not made, shelves are dusty. what was even done?? please cancel our service of every other week.
