Very easy to check-in and out. Shuttle service to and from the airport terminal was timely and smooth. All around a very positive experience. Free carwash was also very nice.

Really like that you can make reservations and that there is a free car wash available. The shuttles come very fast with little to no waiting.

Valet service at the parking lot, prompt pick up and delivery to and from SFO, clean vans and careful drivers. I do wonder why there are no seat belts in the vans.
