Today, Jan 1, around 3pm the gate worker at Chicago midway park and fly was very friendly and a joy to work with.
It was so nice to have someone friendly and smiling after a day of traveling

Easy in and out location with covered parking. Usually the pick ups (at lot and at airport) are quick and efficient. However, the pick up at the lot on 12/22 took almost 15 minutes for a van to arrive. They are usually on the lot and follow you to your parking spot.

When we parked at 4am the shuttle was quick to pick us up and get us quickly to check in. When we returned late, we didn’t have to wait long for a shuttle. The driver was very nice and super helpful.
