Customer Testimonials

Driver who took me from lot to airport was great. Driver on return trip was not very friendly and helpful. Overall experience was positive except I was disappointed that the free car wash was not working

Process was easy. Dropped off car and immediately boarded shuttle. Upon returning, was picked up within 10 minutes. Valet - car was waiting for us.

Price, convenience and ease of ingress/egress.

Kindness of the staff

I like, because is near to the airport and kind

Convenient. Nice staff. Efficient.

I have used Park 'N Fly for many years, because as a solo female traveler I feel very secure with your bus pickup at my car in your off-site parking lot and the return bus trip from the airport baggage area to my car. I feel very secure in your parking lot, especially because the people in your tower notice where I park and send the van to me, then the bus driver gives me a slip with the parking space noted for my return. I have told several friends about Park 'N Fly and the many ways your service is superior to other airport parking lots. Thanks for the ways you make me feel secure at the airport, day and night.

The fact that is competitively priced and very convenient for both drop off and pick up.
