Customer Testimonials

Convenience and long time history of having good customer services.

Very convenient! Very reliable to get me to the airport in a timely manner

It was extremely easy to get to and from the airport and my car was ready for me on my arrival at the Park and Fly Station.

Shuttle followed us to parking spot so no waiting. On return, shuttle arrived within 10 minutes. Great service. Handy location near Oakland airport.

Quick and easy to park. Love your over size parking for trucks. Very easy to get to and from the terminal. Would recommend to everyone I know!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. It was nice we didn’t have to wait for a shuttle this time, it was already outside the baggage claim!

I asked the attendant and the driver a few questions and both of the responded quickly and politely.

Loved the drivers, nice, friendly and kamir?, African man, wouldn't let me touch my suitcase, he insisted on doing all the heavy lifting. Great experience and will definitely use you again.

fast reliable Federal service

Easy to use, especially through the app!

Very friendly drivers and checkout.
I use Park N Fly about every other week and I find it more convenient than the airport garage and lots. The service is door-to-door and I don't have to hunt for a parking spot.
I've only had to wait for a pickup on dropoff or return twice out of dozens of trips.

There was someone in the booth or in the office to help, if needed

Parking was easy. Shuttle was prompt. Driver was very helpful.

Youtr bus drivers were very friendly and the return driver was so nice to bring my luggage right to my car. Ther was waiting for me practically next to where the bus stopped. Thanks

Quick service, and all our drivers and attendants have been pleasant and helpful. We use Park ‘N Fly often.

Very easy and convenient, shuttle was waiting at airport to take us back to the lot when we returned. Very smooth!

Patrick F was great. Had some jokes and good conversation.

Keep up the good service!

Very efficient shuttle services to and from the airport.

I've tried several parking lots around ORD and MDW airports. I found Park N Fly the best for couple of reasons. These guys are very customer friendly. The shuttle bus driver was very courteous and helpful. I want to highlight one example. We parked in the Park N fly MDW lot and flew out to Miami on vacation. Due to the massive Southwest cancellations (Dec 25,26th 2022), we ended up flying back to ORD (instead of MDW as originally planned). So, on our return, we had to take a taxi from ORD airport to the MDW Park N Fly parking lot, where we had originally parked. It was cold and snowing. As soon as we got out of the taxi and entered in to the MDW Park N Fly lot, one of the drivers of the Park N fly shuttle bus, who was parked on the side, starting honking.. asking us not to walk in the snow. He immediately brought the shuttle bus to us ( at the entrance) and told us that he would drop us right next to our car and advised us not to walk in the snow with our luggage. Such a helpful mentality and we really appreciated it ! The location is also easy to find. I highly recommend this place.

Prompt Pickup. Helpful drivers. Always a good spot and safe parking.

We arrived home on a frigid Christmas Day. Bus was waiting for us and driver was helpful with our luggage...friendly and courteous.

Very professional and helpful employees. Have always used your services and will continue to use in the future.

Convenient and reasonably priced

As a Senior Citizen needing assistance my 1st experience with Park 'N Fly was exceptional. In addition to convenience, their attendants were extremely courteous and helpful. Will definitely recommend and use Park 'N Fly again. PB, Ellijay

We’ve never been disappointed by PNF. We have used the service for several years now and we will continue to do so. We had to use another provider once, due to me not booking PNF in time, and it was terrible. I learned my lesson. I will never leave PNF again.

The shuttle service in both directions was so quick. They also made it so easy buy giving us a reminder card of where we were parked! The drivers were great and the cashier even gave us a bottle of water for the road . . . it really hit the spot after a long flight.

It's a great alternative to park for trips, very convenient and effortless to manage. I highly recommend this company.

Convenient and everyone was nice!

We can reserve ahead so we know we have a spot, we can find your location easily, shuttles pick us up right at our parking spot and quickly, shuttles quickly pick up at the airport when we return and under cover and drop us off at our parking spot.
