The customer service from the drivers were awesome! I traveled with my wife and 1 year old during the holidays. Each time the drivers assisted with our luggage while we loaded up. It was very easy to get to an available area with parking spots using the signage. The bus was ready as soon as we got to our spot.

What do you like about our services?

Easy, good shuttle service and bag handling, car ready when we return. Dislike= not being able to cancel/refund on a prepaid week once it's started. Our flight got canceled but since it was after the start time of the prepaid reservation, couldn't get refunded for any of it.

Happy to make my reservation online. Once we arrived, bus was right there. On our return our flight was six hours late and we landed at 3 AM. I was very concerned about contacting Park ‘N Fly and getting a van sent over. But it all worked out great. The gal who answered the phone said it would take seven minutes for the van to arrive at the airport. It took exactly 7 minutes!! And our car was waiting for us when we got there. Great work!! Happy New Year!!
