Valet service handling the luggage, knowing the care would be under a roof and jump starting would be available if needed all convinced me to book the valet option for a late December weeks trip. Everything went as advertised, no complications.

We lost our ticket. The woman who attended to us was excellent. Thoughtful/kind/efficient. Nice person. Thanks to her we ended a long day with kindness.

We loved that the shuttle was running often and that it came right to our car for convenient pick up of luggage. This helped avoid any confusion as to where to go and was stress free which is key when traveling with little ones. The cost was reasonable and the maps/ info provided was very helpful.

Everything about ParkDia is great. The wait time for shuttles to the airport is minimal, the pick up time at the airport is about 5 minutes. When I have had scheduling problems your customer service has been great. I have no complaints, only compliments.

What do you like about our services?

Shuttle drivers are very friendly and helpful. We had a shuttle at our car as soon as we arrived to the parking lot and when we returned to the airport there was a shuttle waiting at the designated pick up spot.

Spot on service! Bus was there and ready to take us to the airport and likewise when we returned from our trip. The drivers we had were friendly and helpful. We will most definitely use this service again for future trips!
