The staff directed us to an open spot so that we weren’t wasting time searching. They picked us up from that spot and then dropped us off back at our spot so no walking across the lot with lots of luggage. Very convenient!!

Our driver, Tonya, was absolutely the nicest person ever. We had a long day of delays and it was 1am when we finally were able to leave the airport. Tonya was radiating positivity and lifted us up and were able to end our trip on a positive note. What a kind soul!

Your shuttles are always ready and the waiting period is minimal. The drivers are always helpful and friendly, as are the cashiers as you enter and exit.

I know I can count on making my flight without delay and my car is safe when I leave it.

I made reservations for parking several weeks before Christmas. We were lucky to find a spot in the covered parking lot but we did! The van driver arrived immediately, he did not help with the luggage which is unusual but we were to MSP in no time. On our arrival home there was a ParknFly shuttle waiting and and the driver was helpful with luggage. We are always pleased with the service that ParkNFly provides. We recommend often to friends.

Kenneth was a professional driver who just happened to take us to the airport and bring us back to our car. We’ve been to park and fly many times, and he is one of the only drivers who I felt extremely safe riding with. Thankful for park n fly!

We have never had a problem using PARKDIA. In fact, we were stranded in RI for 2 days due to the Southwest problems. PARKDIA gave us the extra 2 days and we had to pay nothing extra. First class service and I wish to thank them. They've definitely earned my business! I recommend them.

What do you like about our services?

Everyone if very friendly and helpful. For example, Dec 26th was a long day because I was a Southwest traveler and was impacted by this Airline's problems. I didn't care what it took to get back home, I was going to do it, which meant paying a premium on a first-class direct flight on United Airlines. Now, United only flies in/out of O'Hara. When I landed in ORD and after grabbing my baggage, I hopped on the CTA Blueline to the CTA Orange line, to Midway.

It was nice to see that I didn't have to wait for a shuttle bus, the driver waiting for me to start my vehicle (afraid that the cold weather killed my battery), and booth attendee helped me get my parking ticket and reservation bar code scanned so I can get my home.
