Close to the airport

Needed to jump start the car Christmas Eve, the shuttle bus driver did all he could do to help with the jump pack, but ended up having a recommended source come and help out and he was able to get us out of there in no time. So grateful for the help from the people working there, and a warm lobby to hang out in. The shuttle bus driver ended up coming back around and checking in to make sure we were going to be able to go home.

Easy to get to. Prompt pickup at car. Very friendly shuttle drivers. Costco vouchers save money. Adjustments were made to reservation and prepaid parking when flights were cancelled and rescheduled.

Convenient

Everything was easy. I booked parking the morning of my travel. Got in quickly and was able to get into a shuttle that was waiting in the same area that I parked. The driver was friendly. When I came back , my flight arrived at 2am and I thought I’d have to wait a long time to get back to the lot but the driver was at the airport within minutes of texting the number and letting them know my arrival. He was also friendly and helpful. He dropped me off right behind my car and waited for me to get in and start it before driving off.
