Personable and friendly staff EVERY SINGLE TIME. I have never had to wait for a ride and it’s super cool now to be able to use the app to request a ride. Very easy to use and I never have to worry about my vehicle while I’m traveling. Pricing is competitive and usually very reasonable.

Everything went smoothly on entry. We were a bit worried about transport to the terminal since we were leaving very early Christmas morning - everything turned out to work out fine. Since we prepaid it was a bit more complicated on exit. But the service we expected was good (covered space) and the price was competitive, will use you again on future travel.

I get to drive myself and park. I come back to getting into my car and drive home. The cost is reasonable to that of an Uber or Lyft. I’m sorry I didn’t know about this sooner. Love it.

I reserved our parking online prior to our trip. Quick & easy access to the parking lot. The bus to carry us to the airport followed us to our parking spot, helped us load our luggage and promptly delivered us to the correct departure area. Upon our return, we used the app to let them know of our return. We were picked up within minutes and delivered quickly and safely to our car.

Best of service from employees, received a possible parking spot choice, bus driver made certain we were all taken care of entire ride, gave directions to take when we arrived at airport, Felt at ease doing something not done before, especially during the snowstorm in Mpls.at Xmas time. I now will call Park N Fly on all trips, such an easy way to fly, no stress. Have told many people about this fabulous experience and will continue to. Appreciate all these wonderful people giving us such wonderful experiences.
