The driver who picked me up in your lot offered to take my suitcase from my car into the van. I'm 69 years old and REALLY appreciated that courtesy. When I returned, a difference driver offered to transfer my suitcase from the van into my trunk.

It was so easy! People took my car as soon as I arrived, and I hopped on a shuttle to the airport. When I returned from my trip, the shuttle came quickly, and when we got back to Park N Fly, my car was started, warming up, and waiting for me. (at 1:30 am!). Great service!

The park your own car was very convenient and pick up to bring us to the airport was very quick. coming home they were there as we got to the doors and back at our car very quick. It was late so very glad to get back to my car. I had left paperwork in van so didn't have it when i left but attendant did a great job trying to find my reservation since my phone was not working. As it took so long i am not sure if we went over the time that i had scheduled but we were on the road after a little wait. during the time we were trying to find reservation it may have gone to next day because it was 11;30 before we got to van. thank you for having such great people working foe you from the wonderful van drivers to the check in service.
