Convenient, wait time is usually minimal. Only issue we had this last time was , due to holidays and full lot, with a reservation we had to park in an aisle and when we returned our card indicated we were in row 16 /6, and driver got confused when we indicated we were actually at the end of the row and in the road area. Original driver should not have listed us as being parked in a row. Will be back in about a month.

Drop off was very simple. Shuttle drivers were super helpful and very nice. Load and unload were very fast. Pickup was great. Car was ready when I got back. Will definitely park there again if I have a long trip.

It was food except for the driver drive a customer around that forgot where there car was before dropping everyone else off so that added almost 15 mins. The obot reason it matter was because I timed my return with enough time to get to appointment on time.

Online reservations and payment
Convenience is key, but also are the drivers as they are always right there when you arrive at either the airport or at the lot. As a platinum member, I always suggest parking @ Park 'n Fly to friends and family. The app works great easy to use and all the info is right there and do appreciate the cancellation policy as well.
I inadvertently left drivers window open. When I came back after two weeks your folks put and taped plastic over window. Thank you so much for that. Above the call of duty!
Is have q parked here numerous times for trips and every single time I pull into the parking lot there are signs updating me on closet available parking spots and there was always a shuttle waiting for us to be picked up and brought to the airport. We never had to wait ever. And once we arrived back at the airport there was always a shuttle waiting to bring us back. The free car wash is always a bonus! Will always use and recommend!
