great service, value, and convenience
Shuttle service met us at our car as soon as we parked and got us to the airport quickly. It picked us up from the airport within minutes of letting them know we were ready.
Everything was easy and efficient, and staff was friendly.
Prompt service
Seamless service, quick, efficient and good price.
Easy, very helpful staff
The best part of the service was definitely Patrick F who picked us up at the airport. After a 6 hour delay at the airport in Jacksonville FL with a 8 month old child I was very tired and cranky. Patrick was very personable and a riot. He definitely had me laughing and smiling with his personally and humor on the ride to get my car. I hope you look at these feedback comments as he deserves praise. I will definitely use your company again just because of Patrick!
When we landed, they were there already waiting. It was great service very professional drivers.

Cleanliness
The shuttle drivers are always wonderful! We’ve never had to wait long at the site or airport for our ride.
The drivers are helpful and friendly. The service is prompt for pick-up and the ride is quick. My driver from airport to car late at night was incredibly helpful and was aware.
Efficient, timely, friendly
Very short wait on both ends, less than 5 minutes.
They were nice and even helped me fix my flat tire from the cold front upon my return. I am so appreciative.
Nice, clean vans that pick you up and drop you off at your car (nice!). Also, close to the airport, relatively good prices, and a free car wash when you leave (a nice touch!).
Ability to make reservations ahead of time to secure a spot during peak times.
Prompt shuttle service that meets you right at your car and drops you off right at your car.
Ease of self-entry and self-exit via app scanning.
The promptness and professionalism
Easy in and fast pick-up and checkout!
I have used this specific facility on 47th Street in Chicago for Midway Airport. I have used this site for at least 10+ years. The staff has always been and remains, courteous, helpful, timely in their support to get you on your way. I was using this facility long before the place was given a fresher look, long before the buses were refreshed. The physical improvements have helped in how the facility look; however the staff is what has made this place the reason I always park my car at this facility! No matter what time of the day or night, they are ALWAYS kind, considerate, helpful and just easy to get along with.
