Everything went very smoothly. From drop off of my vehicle to the fast pickup from the terminal. Staff is also pleasant and extremely helpulful. Very pleased!

The check in process was easy. The shuttle driver was helpful and kind. Our return flight was cancelled and we had to leave the truck in the lot an extra day and it was no problem. The whole process was easy and convenient.

Close ride to the airport. The shuttle is quick to pick up from your spot and was already there and waiting for passengers when we landed. I like that you don’t have to park and lug all of your baggage to a pick up area as well. That makes it 1000x more convenient, especially when traveling with little ones.

Easy to park and vans are frequent for drop off and pick up. Car was readily available when we returned.

Airport shuttle for departure was facilitated by driver aware of drop-off jam and assisted me by finding a better option at the other terminal.
Pickup was also efficient.
Checkout dealt with a scan issue I so my prepayment was credited without issue.
I’ll definitely use ParknFly again.

We had asked for non valet service but when we arrived the lot was so full we were upgraded to valet service. When we returned we got off the bus and our car was right there. Great service. We will use valet the next time we travel. It's so convenient.

We’re stuck in Chicago for two nights, and we were a day late to pick up our car, since our flights were cancelled due to bad weather. We’re able to pick up our car without any problem, we’re very satisfied with their quality service.

Always available parking and very easy to book on the app. The drivers are terrific. Sometimes the crowd gets big at the pickup spots but they always seem to have several more shuttle drivers right behind the next.

Easy to schedule the dates on the website. Easy to scan at the gates to enter and exit. Nice protected parking area. Bus service to and from airport is fast and convenient. Friendly nice helpful drivers.

What do you like about our services?

Park ‘N Fly was so convenient and affordable! We had a trip planned during the Christmas travel season and planned to reserve a parking spot at the airport however there were no spots available so we searched for an alternative and found Park ‘N Fly. It was a great experience! We parked quickly, were shuttled to the airport quickly, and picked up from the airport quickly! Great service!
