Pick ups are prompt, and I love that I'm taken directly to my car. It was also incredibly helpful to find out my stay could be extended without any issues after my flight was cancelled and I was delayed returning home; one less thing to worry about is extremely helpful!

I love how reliable and consistent the service is at Park 'N Fly! Every time I pull in the lot a shuttle follows me to my parking spot and has me loaded up within minutes and on my way to the airport.
Shuttles come often so no long waits and the drivers are always very friendly.
They told us in advance how bad the lot was with snow as a snow storm came thru a few days before hand. The driver helped shovel snow so cars could get out & helped push cars out. Not only our driver but another driver came & helped. This all happened at 2 in the morning!!! Wonderful employees you have!!! Thank you!!
