Customer Testimonials

First time using long term parking. It was recommended. I didn’t need to bother anyone for transportation to and from airport.

The staff at Park N Fly SFO are incredibly friendly and the service is timely. They all deserve pay raises.

Easy to get to. Polite drivers and on time always.

The driver and person at the exit gate were so friendly and helpful. Good staff are hard to find these days and they were exceptionally good. The access was easy and the driver was at my terminal when I walked out the door.

Very convenient, friendly staff.

Prompt service and friendly drivers

Friendly employees.

Driver was friendly and got out of the van to help me with bags and luggage and baby stroller and car seat. Many drivers do not. This should be the standard.

Was at my departure terminal within 10 minutes of pulling into Park and Fly.

Quick pickup and reasonable price.

The whole process as well as the transportation to and from the airport were fast and efficient.

Customer service was fantastic

Parking rates are what I consider fair, especially compared to parking at the airport. It's relatively convenient, however it's a bit more of a challenge, as you need to have a reservation. I understand why it is that way, as the parking lot does get pretty full. At some locations, we needed to print off the reservation to show proof of payment when exiting.
The shuttle service itself is good, and we rarely have to wait long for pick up. Overall, we will continue using Park 'N Fly on future trips.
