Everything. From the time we dropped off the car to pick up. Shuttle drivers were very attentive and even helped with our luggage. I highly recommend them.

Reservation option of a parking space, so I don't have to be concerned if the airport lots are full to capacity and I have a reserved place waiting on me.

Security, knowing there's less opportunity of my vehicle will be broken in.

Email and text, confirmation of when I make a reservation and after the reservation.

The reassurance of the parking drop off and pick up, will be something I will not have to give a lot of thought to, that could take away from the reason why I'm traveling. Less on my mind and more toward "why" I'm traveling.

I have never used parking spots to hold my car to go on an flight but I dont regret my decision for using park n fly. it was such an easy process and affordable as well.
